1.            GRADUATE ENGINEERS

                (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical)

·         A good University Degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering- Minimum B.Sc. 2^nd Class Upper – Higher Academic Qualification an advantage

·         NYSC Completed

·         Very good written and spoken English essential

·         Good skills in computer applications, proficient in MS Office suite, knowledge of design software and Auto CAD/Revit an advantage.

2.            PROJECT MANAGER

                (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical)

·         A good University Degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering- Minimum B.Sc. 2^nd Class Upper – Higher Academic Qualification an advantage

·         A minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in Civil/Structural Engineering practice

·         Very good written and spoken English essential

·         Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office suite, Auto CAD/Revit, and knowledge of engineering analysis and design software an advantage.

3.            SENIOR ENGINEERS

                (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical)

·         Self-motivated, team player and able to work under own initiative to tight deadlines

·         A good University Degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering, minimum B.Sc. 2^nd Class Upper- Higher Academic Qualification an advantage.

·         Very good written and spoken English essential

·         A minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in Civil/Structural Engineering practice which should be mainly in design and supervision of projects

·         COREN Registration, Corporate Membership of relevant Professional Bodies MNSE, MNICE, MNIstructE, MICE, MIStructE, etc.

·         Good computer skills proficient in MS Office suite, AutoCAD/Revit, other engineering analysis and design software packages.

4.            RESIDENT ENGINEERS

                (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical)

·         Self-motivated, team player and able to work under own initiative to tight deadlines

·         A good University Degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering, minimum B.Sc. 2^nd Class Upper- Higher Academic Qualification an advantage.

·         Very good written and spoken English essential

·         A minimum of 7 years post-NYSC experience in Civil/Structural Engineering practice of which at least 2 years should have been as Resident Engineers

·         COREN Registration, Corporate Membership of relevant Professional Bodies MNSE, MNICE, MNIstructE, MICE, MIStructE, etc.

·         Good computer skills proficient in MS Office suite, AutoCAD/Revit,

5.            PROJECT SURVEYORS

                (Surveying/Geodetic/Geomatic/ Mapping Sciences)

·         A good University degree in Land Surveying/Geodetic/Geomatic/Mapping Sciences, Minimum B.Sc. 2^nd Class Upper- Higher Academic Qualification an advantage

·         A minimum of 2 years post- NYSC experience in Land Surveying/Civil Engineering Surveying/Geomatics/Mapping Services practice

·         Very good written and spoken English essential

·         Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office suite, AutoCAD, and knowledge of surveying application software an advantage.

6.            SENIOR SURVEYORS

                (Surveying/Geodetic/Geomatic Mapping Sciences)

·         Self-motivated, team player and able to work under own initiative to tight deadlines

·         A good University Degree in Land/Surveying/Geodetic/Geomatic/Mapping Sciences, Minimum B.Sc. 2^nd Class Upper- Higher Academic Qualification an advantage.

·         Very good written and spoken English essential

·         A minimum of 5 years post-NYSC experience in Land Surveying/Civil Engineering Surveying/ Geomatics/Mapping Services and related practices.

·         SURCON Registration, Corporate Membership of relevant professional Bodies Corporate Membership of Nigerian Institution of Surveyors, other equivalent professional bodies etc.

·         Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office suite, AutoCAD, other surveying application software packages

·         Must be capable and suitable for being trained for higher responsibilities. Knowledge and interest in laser 3-D surveying applications and BIM will be an advantage.

7.            PROJECT MANAGERS

·         Self motivated, team player and able to work under own initiative to tight deadlines

·         A good University Degree in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering or other Disciplines. Minimum B.Sc. 2^nd Class Upper

·         Higher Academic Qualification an advantage.

·         Very good written and spoken English essential

·         A minimum of 7 years Post-NYSC experience in Civil, Structural Engineering/other Disciplines/Project Management Practice, with at least 2 years in Project management services.

·         COREN Registration or Other Core competence Professional Registration and corporate Membership of relevant Professional Bodies.

·         PMP Certification or equivalent

·         Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office suite, Project Management software packages Microsoft Project, Project Administration, etc.

8.    SOILS AND CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS FIELD AND LABORATORY TESTING ENGINEERS AND TECHNICIANS

·         Self-motivated, team player and able to work under own initiative to tight deadlines

·         B.Sc. HND, OND in appropriate discipline

·         Very good written and spoken English essential

·         A minimum of 2 years post qualification experience. Areas of interest include, soils laboratory and field testing, piles and related testing, concrete and other construction materials testing, chemical field and laboratory testing etc.

·         Good Computer skills, proficient in MS Office suite

·         Must be capable and suitable for being trained for higher responsibilities

9.            HEALTH SAFETY AND QUALITY PROFESSIONALS

·         Self-motivated, team player and able  to word under own initiative to tight deadlines

·         Very good first degree in appropriate discipline, preferably, not less than 2^nd Class Upper Division

·         Very good written and Spoken English essential

·         Appropriate training and certification in Health & Safety, ISO-Quality Management Representative/ Lead Auditor Training, etc.

·         Good Computer skills, proficient in MS Office suite.

·         Must be capable and suitable for being trained for higher responsibilities.
