URGENT SENIOR POSITION VACANCIES IN THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY
Our client, a major player in the Oil and Gas sector, plans to acquire a 3D seismic survey to be used in exploration and development of offshore oil/gas producing facilities in its license areas, requires the services of qualified, highly experienced, and result-oriented professional to fill the vacant positions discussed below in their operations.

General Qualification (All Positions):
Must possess a minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in a scientific, Math, or Engineering field relevant to the job requirements such as Geophysics, Geology, Civil/ Electrical Engineering, Geodesy, Marine Science/ Biology/ Oceanography etc. as appropriate with at least 12 years of cognate experience
1.            SEISMIC PROJECT LEAD                 QC (Nigerian & Expatriate)
Position Purpose: To" Monitor and advise" on all aspects of the geophysical data acquisition program, field processing, data management and related matters
Experience Require: Must have 12+ years experience managing and directing offshore geophysics surveys. At least eight (8) of those years should be on 3D multi-streamer seismic crews and 4D monitor surveys, preferably in West Africa, in moderate or deep water depths.
2.            NAVIGATION QC REPRESENTATIVE (Nigerian & Expatriate)
Position Purpose: To" Monitor and advise" on navigation and positioning matters associated with the project.
Experience Required:  Must have eight (8) continuous years of active support for 3D seismic acquisition with at least 3 years of this experience working on 3D marine streamer crews and 4D monitor survey.
3.            PROJECT SHE QC ADVISOR (Nigerian & Expatriate)
Position Purpose: To" Monitor and advise" on Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) matters associated with the project and verify compliance with project SHE Plan, SHE laws and regulation, and industry standards.
Experience Required: Must have at least 7-12 years experience as an offshore SHE representative within the Oil and Gas industry, with knowledge of risk management 3 years of this experience must be on a marine seismic (streamer or OBC) crew and must have certification as an SHE auditor on marine seismic vessels.
4.            SEISMIC (TECHNICAL) QC REPRESENTATIVE (Nigerian & Expatriate)
Position Purpose: To" Monitor and advise" on onboard data acquisition quality control products, onboard data processing, and verification of data deliverables associated with the project
Experience Required: Must have 8 continuous years of active QC representative support for 3D seismic acquisition, field processing, and data management support with at least 3 years of this experience working on multi-streamer 3D crews involving multi-vessel operations. Prior 4D experience is also strongly desired
5.            PROJECT MARINE MAMMAL OBSERVER (Nigerian & Expatriate)
Position Purpose: To keep watch for marine mammals and/or other animals of local interest during operations.
Experience Required: Must have at least 5 years experience marine mammal observations on geophysical crews, with knowledge of industry SHE standards
6.            TECHNICAL AUDITOR (Nigerian & Expatriate)
Position Purpose: To conduct an audit of the recording instruments and airgun system during the crew mobilization period and prior to acquisition operations,
Experience Required: Must have 8+ years experience in working in a technical lead role on seismic crews, with at least 3 years experience as a technical auditor on 3D marine seismic surveys.
