Qualification: B.Sc. in Accounting or its equivalent. Must have ACA, Five years previous experience and must be between 30 to 40 years.
Job Description
·         Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company
·         Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
·         Review company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of company throughout
Experience/Skill
·         Ability to use Peach Tree accounting package
·         Computer literate
Marketing Manager (Guest House) Lagos
Qualification: B.Sc. or HND in marketing in hospitality industry with at least 5 years experience. Must be between the ages of 32 years to 35 years.
Job Description
·         Promotes the brand of the organization
·         Sales and marketing of the organization services to customers
·         Identifies marketing opportunities
·         Sustain relation with key accounts
Head of Operations (Insurance Brokerage)
Qualification: B.Sc./HND in Social Science or other relevant qualification. Must be between the ages of 30-40 years.
·         Should work pro-actively and positively to provide leadership for the company both for service, support and delivery. The candidate is expected to be responsible and accountable for delivery of all operational requirements to meet customers' expectation and ensure satisfaction.
Head of Mechanical/Maintenance: HND/B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification. Should have worked as head of Mech. Dept. Must be between the age of 30-40 years.
-          Should have high level experience in project appraisals through continuous reviews and control
-          Candidates should ensure realistic expectations on target and develop strategies schedules and quality
-          Assigning responsibilities and defining deliverables of each team/member will pay a crucial role in this position.
