QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL SITE SUPERVISORS:
REF: QAQCSUP
The company site QA/QC Site Supervisor reports to the Company QA/QC Manager. He ensures that the quality of company's site installations is consistent with her policy requirements. Meet with national and international standards as well as customer's specifications.
Qualifications and Experience
-          10 years industry based experience in Quality Management on construction and operations projects
-          A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University or equivalent degree in Engineering
-          Ability to speak clearly and exercise good judgment
-          Ability to work under pressure.
SENIOR QUALITY WELDING INSPECTOR
REF: QCSWI
Qualifications and Experience
-          Degree qualified or equivalent Quality Management professional qualifications with minimum of 8 years experience in Quality
-          Management function in a leading organization
-          Oil and gas construction and/or fabrication experience preferred
-          Experienced in managing interfaces and reporting with clients and senior management personnel is essential
-          Ability to provide knowledge and support in development of the QA/QC staff
-          Active leadership in health & safety, people innovation, localization, financial responsibility and integrity.
TECHNICAL MANAGER (MECHANICAL)
REF: TMM
JOB summary: Provide technical support to projects, working with the project Manager to ensure timely resolution of any technical issue. Reports to the Chief Operating Officer. (COO)
Qualifications and Experience
-          Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in relevant field.
-           A proven ability to be self-starting, confident and highly energetic
-          Excellent communication skills and team player attributes
-          A bachelor degree in mechanical Engineering. Master degree will be an added advantage
-          To provide evidence from prior achievements that he/she has personally operated in a similar dynamic function
-          Should be COREN registered
PROJECT MANAGER (CIVIL) (2):
REF: CVEP
The Project Manager is responsible for the overall supervision if various civil design and construction projects. The underlying focus of the Project Manager is providing the utmost satisfaction to the client via ensuring projects are completed within the allocated period of time and within the budget that has been assigned
Qualifications/Requirement
-          Minimum, a bachelor's degree in engineering registerable with  COREN
-          Candidate should have exceptional communication skills, exhibit great attention to detail, and be capable of managing multiple projects and multiple team members.
-          Experience in relevant oil and gas industry based civil design and field construction.
-          10 years minimal experience with the ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly
-          Should be COREN registered
-          Ability to take decisions, analyze large  amounts of data and assess solutions and work within budgets and deadlines
OPERATIONS MANAGER (DREDGING

Job Summary: Overseeing all directing operations, and coordination of work with other project activities. The successful candidate will be based in Port Harcourt
-          This is a key position with overall accountability for the successful execution of dredging projects.
-          The Operations Manager is responsible for the processes, procedures and controls to ensure that dredging operations are executive safety, efficiently and profitably, consistent with company standards.
-          The position offers challenge, variety and the opportunity to manage operations across multiple project sites. Dredge Superintendents, who are responsible for the execution of specification individual projects, will report to the Operations manager (Dredging).
-          The successful candidate is excepted to have excellent leadership and project management skills with demonstrated capabilities in safety, dredging operations client relations, budgeting, scheduling and equipment maintenance
-          The position will interface and work closely with the General Manager and Project Superintendents
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Requirements
-          Strong safety leadership skills with Marine Construction experience
-          Experience in preparation of bids
-          Ability to take the initiative, work independently, make decisions and develop recommendations
-          Ability to build strong working relationships
-          Excellent communications skills
-          Ability to travel frequently to project sites
-          Bachelor's Degree or HND in a relevant field with minimum of 10 years experience in core  dredging operations
COST CONTRIL ANALYST (1)
ERF: CA
Account Cost Control Analyst provides a vital function for the company by eliminating waste and identifying ways to use financial resources efficiently. An analyst is responsible for ensuring his accounts does not only wisely utilize money for expense but also maximizes incoming revenue.
Qualifications
-          A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or another business topic. An MBA or a Masters Degree is an added advantage
-          Minimum of 5 years experience in relevant field is required
-          Familiarity with business software like cost point, Microsoft office is a must
-          An ability to turn data into strong oral and written presentations.
CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYST:

Qualifications
-          Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Construction, Finance, Quality Surveying or a related field
-          Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in construction projects cost control
-          Experience with Cost management tools, Primavera or Microsoft Projects in an added advantage
-          Candidate must be highly articulate, have a clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong, decision making abilities
-          Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
-          Good knowledge of information Technology in the performance of work including internet, intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suit and Microsoft Project, will be an added advantage.
FLOWLINE ENGINEER
REF: FE
Manage detail engineering by contractor, including documents and drawings. Ensure designs are in accordance with specifications, best practices and USGOM regulations. Manage fabrication of PLETS, flex joints, bends coating and line pipe (all existing Pos). Connectors and valves are managed by a different lead. Manage stalking stuffing and spooling of pipe by installation contractor, manage welding and welder qualifications, installation of flow lines to an existing FPF and the associated hull piping
Qualifications
-          B.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent
-          10 years of experience in oil and gas pipeline construction
-          Experience managing deepwater pipeline fabrication with installation, including specifically SCR design and installation with flex joints Pipe-in-pipe
-          Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and computer based information management systems, tools and databases
-          Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through written communications
-          Willingness to work in a schedule-driven project environment as required to meet established target
HSE SUPERVISOR
REF: HSES
-          The job involves the co-ordination and supervision of the HSE aspects as they relate to the construction of new and upgraded oil and gas facilities on behalf of the final client (a major oil company).
-          The HSE Supervisor will provide support and advice on all aspects of health responsible for interfacing with Client Project Managers, Engineers and Construction Supervisors and Client HSE personnel in the field on a regular basis
Requirements:
-          B.Sc. in Engineering or related degree
-          Registered Safety Professional
-          10 years experience of which at least 5 of which must be in oil and gas
-          Ability to implement an HSE program for a construction project and adapt to changes
-          Experience in preparing task risk assessments and method statements for construction
-          Team player, frequent interaction with other construction engineers and the operators of the facilities, contractors and vendors personnel
-          Problem solving.
