Quality Positions for Qualified Professionals

Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill some vacant positions in Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, Nigeria. Elizade University is a private University situated in Ilara-Morkin, Ondo State, Nigeria.

 The University aims to be an institution with best traditions in the production of self reliant, ethics-conscious, globally competitive graduates imbued with requisite skills, competencies and ability to be key players in the nation's quest for socio-economic and technological development.

1.            DIRECTOR, CENTRE FOR ENTERPRENEUSHIP AND START-UPS (CENTS)

Candidates should posses a good Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related field from a recognized University with a  minimum of fifteen (15) years post qualification experience out of which at least 10 years must be in a tertiary institution, preferably a University or industry. Entrepreneurial experience and knowledge of business and entrepreneurial environment are highly desirable. Possession of a Ph.D with relevant operational experience including relevant publications in reputable journals will be an add advantage.

The Director, CENTS is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor through the Board of Directors for the overall administration of the Centre's programmes. The candidates is also expected to possess ability to influence support for developmental funds for CENT'S graduate initiatives and start-ups maintain control over adequacy of curriculum and ensure relevant of program to Nigeria and Africa's economic and social development with a goal to contributing to national GDP.

2.            HEAD, PHYSICAL PLANNING, WORKS AND SERVICES

Candidates should possess a good degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Architecture from a recognized University with a minimum of fifteen (15) years post cognate experience, a considerable part of which must be in a tertiary institution (preferably University) or industry. In addition, candidates must be COREN or ARCON registered.
The Head, Physical Planning, works and services is a management position in the University and he/she is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for the day-to-day administration and management of the infrastructural facilities and installations of the University.

3.            HEAD SERVICES

I               Principal Medical Officer: MBBS or equivalent with at least six (6) years of post qualification experience in active medical practice. Postgraduate fellowship in family medicine will be an added advantage

Ii              Medical Officer: MBBS or equivalent qualification with at least (2) years post NYSC experience.

Iii             Staff Nurse:  RN with related post basic qualification or BNSc degree with NYSC certificate or exemption

Iv            Laboratory Scientist: A degree in Medical Laboratory sciences with at least four years post-graduation experience

V             Records Officer: HND in Medical Records with at least four (4) years experience

Conditions of Service

Salaries and Conditions of Service are comparable to what obtains in Nigerian Public Universities.
