A Real Estate Management Company is Recruiting in Lagos
A reputable Real Estate/Facility Management company situated on the Lagos Island with a firm commitment to excellent service delivery requires knowledgeable, highly skilled, well qualified and experienced personnel to fill the under listed positions:-
1.            Facility Manager – Ref: FMO/01/A14
Responsibilities:
·         Lead, direct and supervise all technical maintenance operations satisfactorily

·         Respond appropriately to facility malfunctions and emergencies
·         Establishing and maintaining official business relationship with our Client (Property owners/residents) from different racial background and attending to their queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
·         Manage and maintain facilities effectively including water, power and sewage plants, swimming pools, lifts, as well as electrical, plumbing cooling and mechanical systems.
·         Ensure structures and facilities are up and running in line with stipulated HSE standards and government regulations
·         Generate accurate reports, track queries and complaints to ensure satisfactory resolution within set timelines.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
·         Minimum of B.Sc. Or HND in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Estate Management
·         A minimum of 4 years experience in facilities management or a similar environment
·         Excellent customer service good communication and managerial skills, knowledge of relevant applications
·         Ability to work under pressure without compromise to quality timeliness
2.    Technicians: Electrical, Home Appliance Technicians, Carpenters, Mason/Bricklayers, Welders, Painters, Plumbers, Scaffolders, Tillers, Aluminum Fabricators, Generator Technicians/Operations and Sewage Plant Operators – Ref: TEC/02/14
Responsibilities:
·         To carry out Preventive Maintenance Programme, repairs routine maintenance and installation based on standard specifications and to the satisfaction of clients.
·         To operate efficiently electrical/mechanical/other technical related device, plant and equipment such as lifts, sewage, water and power plant.
·         Carry out daily routine facility checks, detect faults and fix them. Respond promptly to emergencies and facility  breakdowns
·         Alert and report regularly to line supervisors about any damaged, malfunctioning equipment or system as well as unusual occurrence for timely remedial measures to be effected.
·         Ensure that HSE standards are fully adhered to in line with company policies and regulatory standards
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
·         OND or Trade Test (Stage l-lll) Electrical, Mechanical, AC & Cooling Civil, and Building Tech/SSCE certificate in the relevant fields with 3-5 years working experience in maintenance service- preferably in a commercial or large residential environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3.            Procurement Officer-Ref: ADH/02/P14
Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
·         B.Sc. Or HND in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with at least 4 years experience in purchasing and supply in a reputable company. Sound knowledge of procurement and supply chain process, adapt in the specification and identification of technical items, possession of effective negotiation skills, and veritable contacts with manufactures of required items. Ability to work under pressure and deliver on timeless in a cost controlled manner.
4.            Drivers – Ref: AHF/02/D14
Responsibilities, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
·         Strictly observe traffic rules and speed limits, ensure vehicles, are clean, well maintained, routinely checked, fill appropriate log books, respect your passengers and employ defensive driving techniques.
·         5 years driving experience, sound knowledge of Lagos roads and ability to diagnose and handle reasonable vehicular challenges
·         Minimum of SSCE, valid driver's license and good knowledge of traffic signs
·         Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
5.            Security Operatives – Ref/SO/03/B14
Responsibilities
·         Provide adequate protection to life and property, physical deterrence to intruders and criminals and intelligence gathering
·         Undertake vehicular checks, fire fighting response, report writing and police liaison
·         Ensure that HSE procedures are fully adhered to in line with company standard.
·         Undertake patrol operations at strategic intervals for the purpose of environmental scanning and deterrence of criminal intention.
 Knowledge, Skills and Experience
·         WAEC, SSCE, or OND with at least 2 years working experience in a similar position.
·         Knowledge of security management: good communication and interpersonal skills.
