Position – Human Resource Manager/HR Business Partner
Reports to Brewery Manager

Responsibilities among others include:                                               
·         Implement and promote HR Policies and Procedures.
·         Collaboration with other functions to gain understanding of the functional strategies and people issues.
·         Provide day-to-day support and guidance to line managers on HR issues
·         Foster productive working relationships within and across functions
·         Provide guidance on complex HR matters.
·         Ensure optimal organization structure focused on delivery of corporate objectives
·         Ensure optimal manning levels in the Brewery whilst keeping a close watch on head count, productivity and personnel cost development.
·         Maintain industrial peace and harmony to guarantee uninterrupted flow of goods and services
·         Provide and maintain delivery of efficient welfare, health and safety services to employees.
·         Provide internal and external communication and other services for the Brewery.
Specification Requirements
The ideal candidates should not be older than thirty five (35) years and should possess the following:
·         6-8 years Core HR experience from Unionized Multinational Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Environment.
·         Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria is MANDATORY (Minimum of ASSOCIATE)

Position – Reward Specialist
Report to Head Compensation and Benefit

Responsibilities among others, include:
·         Implement the company’s Compensation & Benefits policy.
·         Develop, update, and implement job
·         Descriptions, job Analysis, and job Evaluation/Re – evaluation.
·         Participate in the design of organizational structure.
·         Manage the company’s HR information and Reporting Systems.
·         Manage HR Processes/Projects and reports into the Global framework of the parent company.
·         Support HR Administration and payroll input processes
·         Support the continuous implementation of HR key Control framework (KCF).
Specification Requirements
The ideal candidates should not be older than thirty five (35) years and should possess the following:
·         Above average analytical skills
·         5-7 years HR experience from Multinational Work environment of which at least 3 years in Specialist Reward function.
·         Power user of the Hay Job Analysis & Job Evaluation Methodology
·         Familiarity with modem techniques of remuneration survey e.g. mercer- GRS. Hay Pay Net etc.
·         Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria is MANDATORY (minimum level of ASSOCIATE)
Position- Brewery Medical Doctor
Reports to Company Medical Adviser
Responsibilities among others, include:
To implement medical and safety (preventive and curative) policies and systems in the Brewery aimed at effective delivery of health and safety services to employees and the business. Advise and inform Brewery management on all socio-medical issues and developments from an independent professional perspective.
Specific Requirement
The ideal candidates should not be older than forty (40) years and should possess the following:
·         MBBS or its equivalent
·         Post-graduate diploma/degree in Occupational Medicine
·         Minimum of 8 years relevant experience post NYSC- in general medicine, surgery, pediatrics, O &G and Occupational Health from public/private sector organization.
·         Specialization in pediatrics, Obstetrics Gynecology will be an advantage.
Position – Tax Planning Manager
Report to Tax and Treasury Manager:

Responsibilities among others, include:
·         Continuously provide management with a reasonable level of assurance that the company is fully compliant with and in control of all statutory levies, duties and taxes.
·         Ensure the company is up-to-date with relevant tax laws/by-laws and strives for efficiency in tax planning and management
Specific Requirement
The ideal candidates should not be older than thirty five (35) years and should possess the following:
·         ACA with minimum of 3 years relevant experience post-NYSC in Tax planning
Position – Internal Auditor  
Responsibilities among others, include:
·         Assess on a continuing basis the quality and operational effectiveness of internal controls, systems, processes and procedure.
·         Implements, checks and improve the functional key control framework
·         Provide guidance for improvement of systems and processes arising from audit findings.
·         Collaborates with Global Internal Audit and external Auditors to perform ad-hoc-periodic, quarterly and annual audit checks
Specific Requirement
The ideal candidates should not be older than forty (40) years and should possess the following:
·         ACA with minimum of 10-12 years relevant post NYSC experience in a reputable global Audit firm of which at least 4 years must be at Manager level.
Position – Trainee Shift Manager Logistics
Job Description:
The Trainee Shift Manager Logistics position is targeted at young graduate Engineers who are desirous of a Logistics career in a high performance manufacturing environment with best-in-class systems and processes. Experience in Logistics is not compulsory
After a highly competitive selection process successful candidates will undergo 6 month residential modular training programme involving formal classroom training and on-the- job attachments. At the end of the training, successful candidates will be considered for appointment as Shift Manager Logistics in any of our Breweries
Specific Requirement
The ideal candidates should not be older than thirty (30) years and should possess the following:
·         Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including Maths, English and 3 other relevant subjects obtained at one sitting.
·         Bachelor degree in Engineering
General Requirements For all Positions:
·         Bachelor degree obtained in field relevant to the position with minimum of Second Class Upper Division. OR
·         Bachelor degree with Second Class Lower Division plus Master degree in relevant field.
·         NYSC Discharge Certificate
·         IT Literacy – MS Office application (power user of Excel).
·         Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria.
