JOB DESCRIPTION
  1. Must be able to guarantee the physical security, safety of employees and visitors in a large environment.
  2. Must be able to prevent loss and fraud prevention by maintaining the various security books as well as the items used for the conveying of materials into the site and within the site.
  3. Must be able to manage the development and implementation of security policies, guidelines and procedures.
  4. Maintaining a good relationship with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.
  5. Must be capable of investigating security breaches and assist with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary.
  6. To oversee network of vendors who secures the company asset.
  7. Must be able to prevent workplace violence.
  8. Development of network access and monitoring policies.
  9. To develop emergency procedure and incident responses.
  10. Must be able to conduct audits to find lapses in security platform.
  11. Must be able to develop risk management assessment.
  12. Must be able to organize the required training required by the personnel.
  13. Must ensure that safety codes are enforced.
  14. Must be conversant with the  the installation of security devices like cameras, cctv.
  15. Must be able to able to create beats and conduct regular patrols.
  16. Any other assignment as directed by the superior officers.

JOB DESCRIPTION 
1)                 Plan, direct and coordinate activities of purchasing Clerks and suppliers inpurchasing materials, services and products.
2)                 Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future
material requirements.
3)                 Coordinate with project department to identify exact requirements, quantities
and delivery schedules.
4)                 Prepare daily / weekly/monthly reports as per management requirements.
5)                 Resolve vendor’s / contractors grievances and claims of suppliers.
6)                 Raise/review purchase orders, claims and contracts in conformation with
company policies.
7)                 Ensure all suppliers/contractors are registered with the company.
8)                 Review, evaluate and recommend specifications for issuing awarding bids.
9)                 Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supply. Interview them in order to
determine product availability, delivery and terms of purchase.
10)                       Prepare bid awards for requiring board approvals.
11)                       Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating contracts policies
with suppliers.
12)                       Liaison /communicate with agencies outside company such as customs,
Government departments/parastatals/agencies.
13)                       Organize, plan, prioritize material /services requirements.
14)                       Ensure supply of materials / services on time.

 JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Daily routine rounds in the floors for any HVACs work.

  • To start and operate the A. H. U(s), pumps and chillers for all floors in the building.

  • Trouble – shooting system faults when they occur.

  • To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the a/c system.

  • Daily check and servicing of system unit as required.

  • Cleaning of grills and filters when dirty.

  • Continuous checking that system wiring and piping are in good and safe working conditions.

  • Analyzing water quality and flushing system when required.

  • Taking and making reports on system’s performance.

  • Daily report to be written in the log book.

  • Daily check list for .H.U & Chiller should be carried out.

  • Any abnormality in system performance to be reported to his superior immediately.

  • Operating and monitoring the performance of the system through the building management system (bms).

  • To ensure that all components in the HVACs system are kept in clean and good working conditions always.

  • To ensure that all the gauges are working properly.
