Due to steady growth and expansion, a leading Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and a major player in the Nigeria Health insurance industry with Head office in Lagos and offices spread across the country seeks to fill the under-listed position with competent, experienced and dedicated individuals

1.         REGIONAL MANAGER (To be based in Abuja)

            KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Be responsible for general administration
• Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective marketing and sales plan for the region
• Develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communications campaign for the region
• Drive and coordinate all marketing activities of the region
• Grow and sustain market share of the region
• Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
• Coordinate marketing of health plans to private and public organizations

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

• First degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2^nd class lower division
• A medical Doctor with MBBS Or MBCHB degree will be an advantage
• Possession of an MBA or a postgraduate degree in any management field
• Professional qualifications in marketing or management will be an advantage
• Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience with 3years in a senior management position in HMO, Insurance or Banking sector
• Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative and marketing network
• Must be able to take responsibilities and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders

 

2.         CARE COORDINATOR (Abuja)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Oversee healthcare provider network development and management
• Oversee care coordination provider relations, claims administration, and well ness programmes
• Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
• Assist in the marketing of health plans to private and public organizations

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

• A medical Doctor with MBBS OR MBCHB degree
• Possession of an MBA or MPH will be an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Medical Doctor
