Real Estate Sales Marketing Executives
Job description:
  •     Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  •     Ensure real estate marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  •     Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  •     Analyzing trends in the real estate industry.
  •     Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
  •     Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities.
  •     Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  •     Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  •     Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Skills/Abilities:
  •     Financial Planning and Strategy
  •     Sound knowledge and experience in real estate transaction management
  •     Marketing Concepts and good positioning
  •     Competitive Analysis
  •     Product Development and client Relationships
Job Requirements:

  • A good first degree in any relevant field with 3 years experience in Real estate marketing.
