Job description
•Deploy of all LAN/MAN/WAN(Local Area Network)/MAN(Metropolitan Area Network)/WAN(Wide Area Network) and Internet related equipments and project.
•Work with Technical department to interface Business equipment with IP network.
•Second level support in IP network incident and problems resolution.
•Physical installation of IT equipments (Network and Servers) in Client location technical rooms.
•In charge of the security and cleanliness of IT technical rooms.
•Configures, updates and back-up of all LAN /MAN/ WAN/ and Internet equipments.
•Network equipments performance analysis to assure proper operation of IP Network
•Defines and implementation of monitoring tools for the entire DRC IP Network
•Production of Internal Network performance dashboard
•Definitions and implementation of a proper levels of security in the setup and operation of IP Network
•Reporting of equipment and service problems to the supplier (Internal & external) and supervision of vendor resolution to completion

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Configuration, management and maintenance of network equipments.IP network equipments operation errors detection and resolution
At least 3 years experience in IP network equipments performances evaluation. Organization of implementation work involving different suppliers (internal and external)
At least 3 years experience in Carrying out system acceptance test, Logbook maintenance, escalation procedure follow up and to automation of the routine tasks
At least 3 years experience in IT System Hardware , Windows and Linux operating systems,
At least 3 years experience in Telecomm network, Elaboration of fall back procedures and emergency in the event of disaster. project management
English: Fluent
Preferred
At least 5 years experience in Configuration, management and maintenance of network equipments.IP network equipments operation errors detection and resolution
