VACANCY
We are a foremost indigenous Company operating in the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Sector of the Nigerian Economy. As result of expansion and growth we invite self motivated and result oriented professionals to join our team.

LEGAL OFFICER (REF: LO/MDO/HRA/001)
Key Responsibilities:
The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:
·        The provision of Professional legal advice to management on all legal and contractual relationships.
·        Handling of all legal issues involving debt recovery.

·        Handling of all contractual responsibilities involving the company and Business.
·        Issues correspondences for and on behalf of the MD/CE to Contractors. Legal Consultants, and other companies having transactions with the company
·        Any other assigned jobs
Requirements:
The suitable candidate must possess:
·        LLB, BL, (Law)
·        A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Business Law Practice.
·        Must not be more than 33 years
·        Must be a team player with the ability to work with little or no supervision
·        Must be computer literate with a strong work ethics and personal drive to succeed

ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGEER
(REF: HR/ADM/ABM/110)
Key Responsibilities:
The appointee will amongst other things be responsible for:
·        Support the Brand Manager in the development of brand plans
·        Support the Brand Manager in the implementation of all brand related joba.
·        Produce regular reports on competitors branding activities.
·        Daily budget management and reporting
·        Consumer data analysis and bran activities recommendation.
·        Any other assigned job.

Requirements:
The suitable candidate must possess:
·        HND or B.Sc. in Social Sciences or equivalent with a minimum of second class upper division
·        A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in Branding job experience will be an added advantage.
·        Must not be more than 33 years
·        Must be a team player with the ability to work with little or no supervision
·        Must be computer literate with a strong work ethics and personal drive to succeed
