Achieving Health Nigeria Initiative (AHNI) has its headquarters in Abuja and seeks qualified candidates for the following position

DIRECTOR, FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION
H/She will be responsible for overseeing the management and coordination of all fiscal activities for the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting with minimum of 10 years experience
Experience in finance and administration of large public health projects
Experience in managing finances of USAID funded project.
should be familiar with Nigerian public sector health systems, international donor organization regulations, NGOs and CBOs
Success in multicultural environments

SENIOR PROGRAM OFFICER
While reporting to the Managing Director, the Senior Program officer will be responsible for supporting the managing Director in providing oversight, coordination, monitoring and reporting of all project activities in the country office and assigned states as well as provide guidance and support the states and IAs in establishing sound management systems to ensure cohesive implementation of project activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent with 7-9 experience with international development programs or
MS/MA degree in the above stated disciplines with 5-7 years relevant experience with international development programs.
Demonstrated success in multicultural environment
Good knowledge of health and development programming in a developing country.

SENIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER
The senior procurement officer will be responsible for the developing and management policies and strategies related to procuring supplies and services in support of all AHNI offices and projects at country office and field offices, both domestic and international sourcing extensive participation in the negotiation of contract terms on a range of procurements and monitor delivery of exact specifications

REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA degree in relevant field with 5-7 years of relevant procurement experience or
MS/MA degree in relevant field with 3-5 years relevant procurements
Not less than 2 years supervisory experience in procurement
Demonstrated success in multicultural environment
Good knowledge of health and development programming in a developing country

SENIOR CONTRACTS & GRANTS OFFICER:
H/She  while reporting to the Director, Finance & Administration is responsible for monitoring work flows and help develop and implement systems to provide sound management control over AHNI’s policies and implement procedures to ensure compliance with award terms and AHNI policy and providing support to other AHNI staff to ensure that C & G tools align with program needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration or its equivalent with 5-7 years relevant experience with donor contract, corporative agreements and grants regulation
Master’s degree in Finance and Business Administration or its equivalent with 3-5 years relevant experience with donor contract cooperative agreements and grant regulations
Must be able to interpret funding contracts and grant regulations and develop implement procedures
Demonstrated success in multicultural environment
