SCHOOL VACANCIES

The advertiser is a new British Nigerian international early years and primary school situated in a serene and secured environment in Wuse 2 Abuja. The school caters for children from four methods to eleven years. Ahead of the forth coming 2013/2014 academic session, we acquire individuals who meet the following requirements:

Administrator

·         You must have: Qualifications in administration as well as managerial skills. At least five years managerial experience in an international school. Innovative and tolerant. Computer literate. A team player. Good command of the English language-spoken and written. Committed and dedicated to duty. Capable of working long hours.

Headmistress/Headmaster

·         Advanced qualifications in education-(Qualifications in Educational Admin and Planning preferred). At least eight years experience in an international school with at least 3 of those in a teaching capacity. Team player. Good command of the English language - spoken and written. Committed and dedicated to duty. Capable of working long hours. Innovative. Able to work under pressure. Good understanding of the application of the British curriculum for early years and or primary. Montessory and Nigerian curriculum.

Secretary

·         Strong organizational skills. Qualification in secretarial administration or any other relevant qualification. At least three years experience in same position. Good command of the English language - spoken and written. Committed and dedicated to duty. Capable of working

Mathematics Teacher

·         At least three years experience in a school of similar standard must have knowledge of mathematics theory.

·         Must be innovative, tolerant and patient. Able to teach children from 4-11 years

·         Able to simplify mathematics theory and approach, a good team player, good command of English - spoken and written. Commitment and dedicated to duty and love for children.

Librarian

·         You must have a qualification in library studies, 2-3 years experience as a library keeper and strong organizational skills. Able to coordinate staff. Team player, Hardworking and dedicated to work long hours love for children.

Nursery school Teachers

·         Qualifications in Education (Preference in B.Ed with specialization in Nursery educational but consideration will be given to B.A (English) and B.Sc (Ed) and at least three years experience in a nursery school of similar standard. Should be innovative, tolerant and patient. Good command of the English language - spoken and written. Good understanding of the application of the British curriculum for early years. Committed and dedicated to duty and love for children.

Primary school teachers

·         Qualifications in Education (Preference in B.Ed with specialization in one or more of the following subjects: English, Maths, Sciences and Art

·         At least three years experience in a primary school of similar standard

·         Innovative, tolerant and patient. A team player. Good command of the English language - spoken and written. Good understanding of the application of the British curriculum for primary school.

·         Committed and dedicated to duty and love for children. (Knowledge of the SATS and Common Entrance exams is an added advantage).

Teaching assistants

·         N.C.E holder. At least two years working experience. Good command of the English language - spoken and written. Willingness to learn and develop, Hardworking and dedicated to duty and love children.

Music teacher

·         At least three years experience in a school of similar standard, must have knowledge of Musical Theory, must be

·         Innovative, tolerant and patient. Able to teach children from 2 to 11years old. A team player. Good command of the English language - spoken and written and the specialized language. Committed and dedicated to duty and love for children.
