A.     The Senior Technical Officer, Rapid Activation will provide technical direction to implement rapid expansion of ART and PMTCT services in the priority states.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
·         MBBS with 5 years of progressive professional experience working in the health or development field.
·         Minimum of 4 years’ experience in care and support for HIV/AIDS especially with ARV programs.
·         A post graduate degree in a related field is essential.
·         Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs highly desirable.

B.     The Technical Officer, Rapid Activation will support the Senior Technical Officer in implementing the rapid expansion and of ART and PMTCT services in the priority states.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
·          MBBS with 5 years of professional experience working in the health or development field.
·         Minimum of 4 years’ experience in care and support for HIV/AIDS especially with ARV programs.
·         Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs highly desirable.

C.    The Technical Officer, Clinical Services will provide technical programmatic support implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS, PMTCT, Reproductive Health/Family Planning (RH/FP), TB and integrated medical services at the state level.

Minimum Recruitment Standards:
·          MBBS with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
·         Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is required.
·         Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs highly desirable.

D.   The Technical Officer, Laboratory Services, will liaise with the Senior Technical Officer (Lab Services) to provide technical support and implement high quality laboratory services for FHI 360 Nigeria programs including adherence to relevant professional standards and guidelines, and involvement with laboratory clinical governance issues and audit.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
·          BSc. in Laboratory sciences or related field with 5 to 7 years post NYSC experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS.
·         Or MSc. Laboratory sciences or related field with 5 to 7 years post NYSC experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS.
·         Knowledge of advanced laboratory procedures, diagnosis and management related to HIV/AIDS care and treatment is required with some experience in an international development organization preferred.
·         Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs highly desirable.
E.     The Procurement Officer will work Senior Procurement Officer to plan and implement systems and policies that will guide all operations related to procuring supplies and services in accordance with FHI 360 policy. USAID policy and other donor policies in support of all FHI 360 offices and projects at CO and field offices.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
·          BSc. In relevant field with 3 - 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
·         Or MSc. In relevant field with 1 - 3 years of relevant procurement experience.
·         Demonstrated success in multicultural environments is an advantage.
·         Familiarity with donor-funded procurement rules and regulations (experience with USAID procurement a plus)

F.     The Compliance Officer will work under the direction of Associate Director Compliance. The position holder will carry out independent appraisals of the effectiveness of policies, procedures and standards by which FHI 360’s financial resources are managed.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
·          B.Sc. in Accounting, Financial or Business Administration or recognized equivalents with 3-5 years related experience.
·         Or M.Sc. in Accounting, Financial or Business Administration or recognized equivalents with 3-5 years related experience.
·         1-3 year experience in internal control functions.
·         Familiarity with U.S.  Government grants or other client funded programs, contracting and auditing standards as they apply to effective management of multi-year funds is required.
·         CPA, ACA, or other relevant professional qualification is an advantage
G.    The Administrative Assistant, Human Resources will work under the direction of Associate Director S/he will be responsible for the provision of administrative and logistical services to the directorate.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
·         University degree or recognized equivalent.
·         Familiarity with administrative and secretarial skills is an advantage.
·         Familiarity with international NGOs is an advantage.
·         Experience with large complex organization preferred. 


H.    The Assistant Accountants will work under the direction of the Country Office Accountant, s/he will perform diversified accounts payable and reporting functions.
·         University degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.
·         Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting related to NGOs and community level programs, with increasing responsibility.
I.       The Assistant Technical Officer, Clinical Services will work with the State Technical Officer to provide technical and programmatic support to implement high quality care and support activities with primary focus on clinical management of HIV/AIDS, PMTCT, RH/ Familiarity Planning, TB and integrated medical services at the state level.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
·          MBBS or similar degree with minimum of 1years relevant experience in Clinical care with a sound understanding of HIV/AIDS with provision of PMTCT and anti-retroviral therapy (ART) in resource constrained settings.
·         Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs highly desirable.
J.      The Assistant Technical Officer, Monitoring and Evaluation will work with others in the state office and local implementing partners ensure that state monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate and meet the donor and project’s M&E needs.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
·         BSc./BA in statistics, pharmacy, microbiology, monitoring and evaluation or other relevant degree with 1 year relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
·         Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs highly desirable.
