Lagos based Finance House recruiting in 2 Positions

CAREER ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
We are a leading non-bank financial institution licensed as a Finance House, registered by SEC as a Capital Market Operator and also a Dealing Member of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. We have been an active player in the financial services industry in Nigeria for over 24 years and are seeking to strengthen our workforce by filling the under-listed positions:
1. CORPORATE FINANCE EXECUTIVE
The Ideal Candidate will have 4 – 5 years experience in the financial services industry particularly, in The Nigerian Capital Market. The Candidate must have excellent knowledge of financial instruments, issuance of prospectuses and investment management.

SKILL REQUIREMENT INCLUDES:
·         Solid quantitative skills to support thorough understanding and analysis of financial data
·         Superior writing, editing, public speaking and presentation skills and the ability to succinctly describe complex financial structures and products
·         Ability to write standard research reports
·         Good portfolio/Fund Management skills
·         Proficiency in MS Office applications
·         Good interpersonal skills
·         Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a high pressure business environment
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
·         Undergraduate degree in any Business discipline, Accounting or Economics with at least 4 – 5 years post – NYSC work experience in an investment banking institution.
·         Additional professional certifications/ qualifications such as ACA, ACS, CFA or an MBA are a strong plus.
2. OPERATING LEASE EXECUTIVE
The Ideal Candidate will have 5 – 6 years experience in operating lease marketing, administration and monitoring. He/she must be able to show demonstrable business development skills and previous experience in selling operating leases to medium sized and large corporate.
SKILL REQUIREMENT INCLUDES:
·         Sound expertise in development processes and product (operating lease) marketing.
·         Good knowledge of the varied aspects of asset management
·         Solid operating lease computation skills including evaluating residual value
·         Good knowledge of asset life cycle management
·         Good understanding of the nuances of fleet management
·         Effective lease asset procurement strategies
·         Proper understanding of varied risks inherent in operating leases
·         Ability to gauge varied approaches to remarketing
·         Proficiency in MS Office applications.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
·         Undergraduate degree in Accounting or any other Business discipline with at least 5 – 6 years post – NYSC experience in Operating Lease in a Financial Institution are desirable.
·         Additional professional certifications/qualifications such as ACA, or an MBA are a strong plus.
