An Estate Surveyors & Valuers Firm based in Lagos requires the services of the following:

SENIOR ESTATE SURVEYOR

REQUIREMENTS: A first degree in Estate Management and being a fellow of NIESV is an added advantage with at least 3 years working experience

v     Ability to identify opportunity for business development in line with the strategic vision of the company

v     Good understanding of properly law, valuation principles and building construction.

v     Good grounding in contractual issues.

v     Management of others including external contractors and Budget Management

v     Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.

v     High level of numeracy, interpersonal skills and ability to think strategically

v     Excellent time management and prioritization skills including ability to work efficiently without supervision

v     Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office package.

v     A willingness to take responsibility

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES

REQUIREMENTS: A First degree in Business Administration/Marketing and MS.c/MBA is very desirable with 2-3 years working experience

v     Ability to draft documents in English, Capturing Key Points

v     Ability to meet deadlines under pressure

v     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

v     Working knowledge of Microsoft office package

v     A willingness to take responsibility

v     Ability to identify opportunity for business development in line with the strategic vision of the company

v   Knowledge of the Real Estate and Facility Management Market/Sector is desirable
