Job Title: Electrical Engineer (EER)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Electrical/Discipline Lead


Duties and Responsibilities
Take part in the review of Client’s technical documentation and requirements, electrical system basic design, electrical system design review and definition of electrical engineering requirements
Prepare materials MTO for cost estimate, bill of quantities (BOQ) for erection works estimate.
Reviews Client’s technical documentation and requirements
Prepares Project Design criteria for electric system
Performs electric system models & calculations and define ratings of equipment/systems (power demand, load flow, short circuits, transient stability, motor starting, harmonics, grounding)
Prepares relay and metering schemes, protective relays coordination study and setting tables
Prepare technical documentation (specification, data sheets and inspection data sheets) for electrical equipment and materials included in package units.
Prepare Material Requisition (PR) and prepares the technical evaluations, technical support to procurement department in purchasing activities.
Prepares electric substation layout arrangement, interconnecting wiring diagrams, checks and review electrical cable lay down documentation and electrical network layout documentation (grounding, lighting, cathode protection, electric tracing, and connection boxes)
Participate in functional checks and test for electrical system energisation and commissioning

Qualification and Experience
- A Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in Electrical designs
- A University Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Engineering Standard Codes & Regulation Knowledge
- Knowledge of Electrical Design Software (SPEL, Micro Station, PDMS)
- Good Computer Skills – Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Job Title: Electrical Designer (EDR)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Electrical Discipline Lead

Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare materials MTO for cost estimate and bill of quantities (BOQ) for erection works estimate, electrical system installation
Reviews Client’s technical documentation and requirements and coordinates subcontracted discipline engineering activities and controls subcontracted discipline engineering documents
Prepare technical documentation (specification, data sheets and inspection data sheets) for electrical bulk materials requisitions and prepares, according to internal procedures, the technical evaluations and Material Requisition (PR) and technical evaluations of electrical bulk materials.
Performs the follow up of electrical bulk materials supply and check/review of Vendors technical documentation
Prepares electrical cable lay down documentation
Implements detail engineering activities (positioning, layouts, cable routing, cable raceways, cable schedules, supports.
Participates to 3D Modeling activities and Review of Engineering Documentation.

Qualification and Experience
- A Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in Electrical designs
- HND/University Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Engineering Standard Codes & Regulation Knowledge
- Knowledge of Electrical Design Software (SPEL, Micro Station, PDMS)

Job Title: Electrical Draftsman (EDFM)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Electrical Engineer/Discipline Lead

Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all drawings and technical documents prepared by the Electrical Project Specialist Lead, Engineers and Designers
Management of electrical subcontracted engineering documents
Prepares Electrical bulk material data sheets and specification and material take – off
Implement detail engineering activities (layouts, routings, supports, and lighting etc and electrical load list and cable schedule

Qualification and Experience
- A Minimum of 4 years of cognate experience in drafting
- HND/University Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Engineering Standard Codes & Regulation Knowledge
- AUTOCAD/SPEL
- Good Computer skills – Proficient in MS Office Suite




Job Title: Static Equipment Engineer (SEER)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Static Equipment Discipline Lead

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage basic and detail engineering activities
Prepares detail engineering documentation in compliance with the process requirements and technical specifications (equipment mechanical data sheets etc.)
Reviews Client’s project specifications and requirements
Prepares the technical documentation for the equipment procurement and Participate in the technical evaluation of bids
Reviews Client’s technical documentation and requirements
Provide technical support during plant construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning phases
Perform the technical bid analysis under the responsibility of the Static Equipment Specialist Lead
Overviews tender or contract documents to identify the disciplinary project requirements, the available data/information and the required scope of work.
 
Qualification and Experience
- A Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in Mechanical Engineering Designs
- University Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering

Job Title: Rotating Equipment Engineer (REER)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Static Equipment Discipline Lead

Duties and Responsibilities
Support Lead to reviews Contractual technical documentation and requirement
Support Lead to define engineering requirements and interface with other disciplines and optimizes systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance
Prepares the technical documentation for package requisitions (supply specific, data sheets, where requested)
Support Lead in technical negotiation with vendors and controls of subcontracted discipline engineering documents
Prepares technical evaluation and technical tabulation for vendor technical alignment
After order award: follow-up of assigned equipment/package to be supplied
Check and signs all vendor, drawings in coordination with other disciplines
Attends to internal review activities and participates in inter-discipline check meeting (where required)
Define detail engineering activities (layouts, routings, supports...)
Provide support for document management and prepare final documentation book
Take part in site supervision, inspection, testing and quality controls if needed
Prepare material take – off to support construction cost estimate
Support Lead in defining cost evaluation for assigned items and engineering man hour estimate

Qualification and Experience

Job Title: Loss Prevention Engineer (LRER)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Loss Prevention Lead & QHSE Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide computations, simulations, preparation of safety deliverables necessary to develop technical proposal
Checks quality and suitability of calculations, simulations of various processes
Participates in interdisciplinary check of documents for its field of activity
Performs hazard identification and consequence evaluation;
Prepares the specification of passive fire protection and fire & gas detection systems;
Prepares fireproofing, fire and gas detection, safety equipment locations and escape routes drawings
Produces safety review reports;
Performs risks analysis and/or reliability studies;
Verifies the correct implementation of the safety aspects in the design and vendors documentation through audits and reviews
   
Qualification and Experience
- A Minimum of 4 years of cognate experience in Safety Engineering & HSE systems Management
- HND/University Degree in any Engineering Discipline)
- Engineering Standard Codes & Regulation Knowledge
- Good Computer skills – Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Good understanding of loss Prevention Engineering
- Must hold a recognized HSE certification on Risk Management

Job Title: Instrumentation Engineer (IER)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Instrumentation Lead

Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare technical documentation for Instrumentation requisitions
Prepare specifications for instruments and for instrumentation installation
Perform Instrumentation P & ID mechanization
Prepare instrument data sheets and instrument material take – off
Participate in 3D Modeling activities and F.A.T activities
Modify engineering drawings in coordination with instrument lead and instrument superintendent
Check Key Engineering documents according to internal procedures
Project coordination: provide input to discipline lead to harmonize design and project management methodologies
Participate in the modification of company work flow and technical standardization
Collect project feedbacks for continuous improvement implementation
Coordinates subcontracted discipline engineering activities and controls subcontracted discipline engineering documents.
   
Qualification and Experience
- A Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience in Instrumentation design
- University Degree in any of Electrical or Electronic Engineering)

Job Title: Piping & Layout Engineer (PLER)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Piping Lead/Project Engineering Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures Piping & Layout engineering support to different projects
Analyzes the technical documents (specifications, calculation notes, drawings, etc) in order to assess the scope of the studies required and the potentials risks.
Estimate quantities or validates estimation done by other specialist of the team
Check all produced documents (internal or subcontracted) like design reports, technical specifications, drawings etc.
Document the Piping and Layout methodologies/specific design guidelines
Provide technical support to Procurement, Subcontracting and Construction activities included in the scope of work
Supervises the writing of specifications and requisition as well as technical bid evaluations.

Job Title: Material Engineer (MER)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Piping Lead/Procurement Manager/Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop selection critical for material
Reviews the Client’s technical documentation and requirements
Responsible for the design of all piping component
Issues project piping material specification and piping components data sheets
Performs wall thickness calculations of pipes
Issues technical specification for requisition of all piping components
Issues technical bid evaluation for piping components offers
Review and approve vendors documents
Responsible for the establishment of the PMMS (Piping Material Management System) data base.
Piping Material cost evaluation and validation cost estimate
Participate in vendor and outsourcing qualification
Participation in project/company procurement strategy (Purchasing team)

Job Title: Piping Flexibility Engineer (PFER
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Piping Lead/ Project Engineering Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the design of all piping supports components
Issue project piping flexibility (Stress analysis) specification critical lines list
Perform calculations of critical piping networks
Issues loads to allow the design of pipe –rack and foundation
Issues technical part of requisitions for all piping supports components required by flexibility analysis
Issues technical bid evaluation for all piping supports components offers
Check sub-contracted discipline engineering documents in accordance with the scope of piping flexibility section
Check documents issued by piping flexibility engineers
Check the isometrics for construction of critical lines
Assist P&ID section preparation for flexibility inputs of line list
Participate in the modification of company work flow and technical standardization
Particpate in vendor and outsourcing qualification
   
Qualification and Experience

Job Title: Mechanical & Package Specialist Engineer (MPER)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Package Specialist Lead/Project Engineering Manager  

Duties and Responsibilities
Review of technical tender documentation
Prepares material take –off to support construction cost estimate
Support Lead in defining cost evaluation for assigned items, define engineering man hour estimate, reviews of Contractual technical documentation and requirements as well as define engineering requirements and interface with other disciplines
Prepares the technical documentation for package requisition (supply specific, data sheets, calculations etc., where requested)

Job Title: CAD Administrator (CADA)

Duties and Responsibilities
Prepares the Project specification for 3D software set up and 3D tools set up and support (all the tools for 3D design)
RDB preparation and follow up
Isometric issue set up
MTO extraction from 3D software to Piping Material Management System
As Built set up in 3D model
Provide input to disciple leads to harmonize design and project management methodologies
Participate in the modification of company work flow and technical standardization.

Job Title: P & IDs Designer (PIDD)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Piping & Layout Lead & Process Lead Engineer  

Duties and Responsibilities
Initiates P & ID’s general legend sheets for equipment, piping and instrumentation symbols and numbering procedures, creates typical piping arrangements to be standardized for P & ID’s homogenization and consistency.
Initiates P & ID’s typical legend sheet with equipment, instrumentation and client guidelines, for instrumentation hook-up, electrical motors instrumentation, actual valves details, motorised valves details, sample connection typical.
Ensures development of P & ID’s based on process PFD’s cut and applying engineering proper general criteria and guidelines.
Participates in P & ID’s associated deliverables and ensures data filling (line list, tie-in list...)
Defines Cad draft guidelines procedure when not available. Ensures strict application of client CAD symbol and CAD procedure when existing. Develops and updates client CAD procedure.
Issues and develops a P & ID’s check list of standardization for recurrent topics per revision. Checks constantly homogeneity and consistency between P & ID’s
Particpates in the collective P & ID’s review with Process and Engineering Disciplines.
Ensures total traceability of P & ID’s modifications    
   
Qualification and Experience

Job Title: Material Engineer (PER)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Process Lead Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide Lead Engineer with computations, simulations, preparation of data sheets and process deliverables necessary to develop the technical proposal
Check quality and suitability of calculations, softwares simulations and deliverables prepared by the team
Develop Heat & Material Balances using simulation software
Develop Process Flow diagrams to show unit operations necessary to convert feedbacks into on-specification products, in the most economical manner
Define and sizes Equipment and Instrumentation to be implemented and issues relevant Process Data sheets.
Performs hydraulic and thermal calculations on piping systems, steadt state and transient operation
Define quantities and characterstics of effluents to be disposed to the environment
Ensures the preparation of Operating Manual and Test Run procedures
Check technical quality of calculations, softwares simulations and deliverables produced by junior engineers
Take part in the multidisciplinary project reviews such as P & ID’s
   
Qualification and Experience

Job Title: Civil & Structural Engineer (CSER)
Location: Port Harcourt/Remote Sites
Reporting to: Lead Civil Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and executes assigned engineering activities such as detail design, verification and studies relevant to any engineering issues associated with Discipline
Prepare design specifications for concrete foundation and steel design
Develops studies and calculation notes for reinforced concrete, pilling works, steel structures (including connection details) and structural concrete/steel buildings
Prepare SOW and technical documentation for soil investigation contract
Issues the technical bid tabulation for all geotechnical technical offer
Validates and issues project geotechnical specifications.
