PRODUCTION MANAGERS (Food Processing)
Must have a Degree in Food Technology with Ten (10) years Experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Applicants could either be expatriates or Nigerians
TECHNICAL MANAGER, STEEL PRODUCTION (Expatriates/Nigerians)
Must have Bachelor and master Degree in Metallurgy with at least Ten (10) years experience in a managerial position in the Steel industry. A strong knowledge of local and international Steel industry would be an added advantage
GENERAL MANAGER (Expatriates/Nigerians)
Must have an MBA with Ten (10) years experience in a managerial position, Candidate should have a strong personality and exposure to run a Group of Companies.
BRANCH MANAGERS (Expatriates/Nigerians)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Allied courses with at least seven (7) years demonstrate experience in administrative positions
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Candidates must possess an MBA, with Ten (10) years experience in Human Resources Management in a Group of Companies, membership of CIPM is compulsory.
PROJECT COORDINATORS, CONSTRUCTION ((Expatriates/Nigerians)
Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Building Engineering with Ten (10) years experience in Managing Construction Projects. Must be willing to work within or outside Nigeria. A certification in Advance Project Management would be an added advantage.
SITE ENGINEERS (Expatriates/Nigerians)
As it applies to Project Coordinators but with Five (5) years experience in the Food & Beverage Industry
FOOD TECHNOLOGIST
Candidates must be Degree holders in Food Technology with Seven (7) years experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
RAW MATERIAL AGENTS
Candidates must be Graduates of Crop Production/Agric Economics, with an understanding of the Local Raw materials (Groundnut, Maize, Soya Bean etc) market should possess the clout to interface between the farmers and the organization.
LABORATORY TECHNOLOGISTS
Candidates must be Degree holders in laboratory Technology, with Five (5) years experience in the Food & Beverage Industry and sound knowledge of Industry standards.
