Due to the inimitable nature of our school operations and the educational services which we offer, our team of uniquely qualified teaching and non-teaching personnel is constantly reviewed in order to further improve our school operations and create value.


We believe that quality cares both inside and outside classroom by a range of experienced professionals is of paramount importance.

It is to this end that we require the services of the following personnel of like vision to further drive our operational process, growth and our well corporate objectives as a school.  

A). JOB TITLE: CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER (CSO)

Role Summary
The Chief Security Officer oversees and ensures overall physical, health and safety of people and property in compliance with health and safety regulations.

The preferred Candidate will be responsible for:
The development, designing and implementation of preventative security standards and procedures on the premises;
Understanding the current and future physical risks to the school and develop strategy as necessary to respond to changing risks and threats;
Advising on the development and execution of overall Risk Management strategy for the entire school;
Educating employees on health and safety procedures and compliance;
Ensuring that compliance to security policies is maintained; gathering key security metrics to demonstrate compliance;  
Managing the college’s relationship with outsourced security firm to ensure adherence to pre-agreed service level deliverables;
Directing the investigation of all security breaches and disciplinary actions related to such.

Person Specification, Skills, Qualification and Work Experience
A good first degree;
10 or more years work experience within the security industry with at least 5 years at a supervisory role, responsible for physical and personal security;
Extensive technical knowledge of security technology and risk assessment;
Superior analytical, evaluate and problem – solving skills;
Excellent communication skills;
Professional security certification to practice as security personnel e.g CPP, ASIS, MISN

B). JOB TITLE: INTERNAL CONTROL MANAGER (ICM) – Middle Management
Role Summary

The Internal Control Manager ensures overall compliance with regulatory guidelines and adherence to pre-approved operational processes:

The preferred Candidate will be responsible for:
Overall compliance with regulatory guidelines;
Reporting and advising management on deviations from regulatory guidelines and approved operational processes;
Conducting planned audit and spot checks;
Preparing audit plans and following audit trails to ensure proper accountability and compliance;
Preparing audit reports for tax auditors.

Person Specification, Skills, Qualification and Work Experience
First degree in accounting, sciences or any social sciences;
Professional qualification e.g ICAN and CITN;
10 years experience with at least 6 years in an accounting/audit firm or performing an auditory function in any organization;
Excellent report writing skills.
     
 
C). JOB TITLE: HEAD OF INTERNAL SERVICES (HIS) – Middle Management
Role Summary

The preferred candidates will be responsible for:
Overseeing the development of predictive, preventive and reliability central maintenance programs, including maintenance check sheets, predictive maintenance techniques;
Proving advice and consultation on engineering matters, including compliance with federal/state laws and regulations;
Coordinating facilities engineering related project activities with facility services provider assigned to the college premises;
Preparing, negotiating and administering contracts for specialized facilities maintenance work;
Preparing budgets for maintenance projects, overseeing project execution, resolving complex work problems, recommending contract change orders.

Person Specification, Skills, Qualification and Work Experience
First degree in mechanical or electrical engineering  
Professional membership and alliances e.g OSHA, NSE etc
8 years mechanical or electrical engineering with at least five years in a supervisory and project related role;
Excellent project management skills, a qualification/certification in project management will be an added advantage;
Knowledge of engineering principles, practices, theories and technologies related to equipment controls, mechanical or electrical/electronic systems and processes;
Knowledge and experience of the techniques and procedures of engineering project management.


D). JOB TITLE: CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND MARKETING (CAM)
Role Summary
Corporate Affairs and Marketing Manager will develop and produce marketing collateral, presentations, business development materials and competitive research which will further aid and assist student population, create greater awareness of the school and its offerings.

The preferred Candidate will be responsible for:

Coordinating all sales oriented activities, ensuring that the integrity of the company advertisement statements is guaranteed;
The implementation of sales, profitability, promotions and public awareness campaigns;
Building and maintaining relationship with schools, potential parents and the community;
Coordinating sponsorship, media communication and events management for marketing purposes.

Person Specification, Skills, Qualification and Work Experience
First Degree in marketing, humanities, business related disciplines or any social sciences  
Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing/sales with at least 3 years in corporate marketing;
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills,
Excellent report writing skills.
