Vacancies: Executive Secretary, Accountant, Training Officer


As a result of restructuring and expansion of a research institute/training outfit for development finance institution with head office in Lagos requires the services of qualified and experienced professional to the strategic positions:


Position: Executive Secretary:


Responsibilities

Oversees the day to day activities of the Secretariat,
Responsible to the Executive Council and technical committee
He/she is the chief Accounting Officer

Co-ordinates the activities of the secretariat and relate with policy makers, other professional organizations and government agencies.
Development and implement an approved work plan or the body.



Qualification/skills:

Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Social Sciences. MBA will be an added advantage.
Must be between ages of 40 years and 45 years.
Minimum of 10 years work experience,
Very sociable, dynamic and high creative ability,
Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Membership of a professional body may also be an added advantage.


Position: Accountant


Qualification and Skills

Must have HND/B.Sc. in Accounting.
Membership of a professional Accounting body in Nigeria (Preferably ICAN)
5 years work experience in an Institutional bodies.
Have strong personalities, responsible and disciplined with good management relationship & communication skills.
Must posses personal organisation ability with minimum supervision.
Must be between 30 years and 40 years of age.






Position: Training Officer:


Qualification and Skills

B.Sc or HND in any Social Sciences, MBA will be an added advantage.
Adequate experiences in planning, organising, and executing training programme of not less than 5 years.
Abilities to handle Training Audio Visuals, Projector and Computers is necessary.
Must be between 30 years and 40 years of age.
