A modern call centre in Lagos requires the services of a number of intelligent young females and males to be engaged immediately
REQUIREMENTS:
o HND in any field
o Must have completed their NYSC Service
o Not more than 28 years of age
o Ability to speak local language(s) will be an added advantage
RESPONSIBILITIES

o Receiving in-Bound calls
o Customer Delight
o Resolving customers’ queries over the phone
o Providing products information and advice to customers
