The key personal attributes for the position include the following:
* BSc or HND in Biochemistry/Food Technology or related disciplines such as Chemistry and Chemical Engineering with practical exposure in food processing industry
* MBA/MSc in Project/General management and specialist training in vegetable oil refining will be a real advantage
* Proficiency in at least one project management or large agri-business application computer software
* At least 5 years experience in a corporate managerial and project management role
