REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years experience in retail marketing. Experience from Microfinance Banks is an added advantage
Candidate must understand Microfinance banking RETAIL Strategies and ensure the formulation, implementation and promotion of periodic marketing strategies and tactics to ensure deposit and loan targets are met and surpassed with low PAR. S/he must have a proven track record of performance in risk
management and deposit mobilization.
Remuneration is negotiable
