Estate Surveyor with marketing savvy
The candidate will be responsible for:
• Driving the sales force and achieving the marketing target of our products in the special region
• Manage all third party relationships with Agents and Clients
• Supervise other staff in the Department
• Make periodic reports to management on activities in their region
• Responsible for all valuation matters within the specific region
Location: Port-Harcourt and Abuja
Experience: Minimum of 7 years experience in Real Estate Marketing and Agency services
Qualifications:
• Must possess a B.Sc or HND in Estate Management
• Must be a registered Estate Surveyor
• Must have adequate presentation and analytical skills
• Must have at least 7 years experience with track records of sales/purchases of properties.
