1. MD/CEO
• Minimum of B.Sc. MBA be an added advantage
• Retail Banking experience of 5 years minimum
• SME lending knowlwdge
• Must be able to promote strategic direction for the organization
• Experience in a performance driven environment
2. CREDIT/RISK OFFICER
• Experience in Risk Management, Credit analysis and Credit administration
• Recovery and loan workout
• Minimum of HND in Business related courses + 2 years experience
3. INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER
• Experience in Internal Control in a financial institution or audit firm
• Experience in banking operations plus 2 years on the job experience
• Professional membership of ICAN or ATS certificate will be an added advantage
4. RELATIONSHIP/MARKETING OFFICERs
• B.Sc./HND/ND
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a financial institution
