NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
The candidate must be able competitive performance of the company’s brands ensuring optimal market acceptability through product promotion, implementation of sound market penetration and growth plans as well as development of new customers and consumer and customer retention strategies. He/she must know how to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to enhance the performance of company’s brands product profitability and improve return on spend. Candidate must be ready to take responsibility to maximize sales and profits in a manner consistent with management expectations.
BACKGROUND: First Degree in any discipline. Possession of Master Degree is an advantage.
Candidate must have worked in a beverages environment for about 5 years in sales management position
INTERNAL AUDITORS
Candidates must be able to establish a functional system of internal control, especially, general internal control measures in personnel, authorization, physical, arithmetic/accounting, management, organization, segregation of duties and supervision. Candidate must be able to monitor and ensure compliance with the business control and operating policies, guidelines and procedures.
A minimum requirement of BSC/HND in Accountancy or any relevant discipline. Professional certificate will be and added advantage. Good understanding of the fundamental principles of procedural. Policies is required. Candidates must have acquired at least 4 years experience in a large scale manufacturing environment.
ACCOUNTANTS
The ideal candidates should be able to independently lead accounts/finance functions in all matter of accounting, documentation, journal entries, credit control management, inventory management and financial reports as well as budget s and proposal preparations.
BACKGROUND: minimum of First Degree or HND in Accounting, plus familiarity with any Accounting Software. Professional qualification is of advantage. Three years experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
TAX MANAGER
The ideal candidate must be familiar with tax matters and statutory regulations concerning computations, analysis and assessment as it relates to every aspect of Nigerian tax laws.
BACKGROUND: Minimum of First Degree or HND in Accountancy, 5 years manufacturing environment experience, plus familiarity with any Accounting Software. Professional qualification, especially in taxation is of advantage.
CHIEF SECURITY OFFICER
Candidates must have a solid track record in security operations and management with 5 years managerial exposure in occupational safety and industrial security standards.
Membership of any security professional body is an advantage.
Candidate must have good computer and presentation skills
SALES EXECUTIVES
Candidates must be familiar with designated sales target achievement as well as giving intelligence feedback to supervising manager while ensuring product visibility and availability in his/her sales territory. He/she must have practical knowledge to sell products in specific coverage area, with the aim of increasing distributors purchase order.
To qualify, a minimum of first degree in any discipline is required. Candidates must have, at least, three (3) years experience in the beverages industry
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICERS
Candidate must be familiar with the maintenance of adequate human resources information to be utilized for planning and ensure compliance to lay down policies and procedures in a large scale manufacturing environment. The person must possess an analytical mind and a sound logical reasoning ability
BACKGROUND: University Degree in Sociology, Law or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and must have worked in a manufacturing environment, at least for 3 (3) years. Good knowledge of computer is mandatory.
