Quest Project Personnels:Commissioning Superintendent - (4x4 rotation) Nigeria

An  international Oil and Gas client requires an ICSS Commissioning Superintendent for this position based on rotation 4 weeks on 4 weeks off based in Nigeria.
Role Responsibilities:

• To develop the OPERCOM strategy to be applied to the control systems (approval of the ICSS Commissioning Procedure in line with OPERCOM / ICAPS).
• To ensure a proper OPERCOM application to ICSS and PLC’s (database validation by the vendor and progress report at factory).
• To supervise and participate to the preparation of the ICSS/PLC’s Precommissioning & Commissioning procedures & dossiers, reporting tools (Commissioning MDR, ICAPS database, planning, punchlist, etc.), requisition of consumables, tools and spare parts (quality of Commissioning procedures & Start-up as per commissioning schedule, OPERCOM progress report).

• To assist with the commissioning preparation and execution of the control systems and ensure that the ICSS and PLC’s subsystems have reached in time the Ready For Commissioning status with a minimum of punchlist items (Vendor database update and assistance tasks).
• To witness and monitor the precommissioning & commissioning execution tasks at factory, worksite and site in order to achieve the maximum productivity, minimize cost and allow a smooth handover. To validate the functional & operational test results (Meeting plan and participation to the vendor Inspection Test Plan).
