Description of the offer
On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the shipbuilding industry, we are looking for: A Supervisor (Coordinator) / Monitoring of site repairs (M / F).
Reporting to the Manager of Operations you will:
- Perform cost estimates (establishing cost estimates) and response to tenders
- Make and write business deals before confirmation by the General Manager / Deputy General Manager
- Planning and coordinate activities related to technical repair and subcontracting, to ordering, on-site service (on site)
- Check the financial aspects during the technical repair in collaboration with the responsible for repairs
- Make reports on estimates , productivity, risk
- track activities by organizing regular meetings with clients throughout the process, from quotation to invoicing
-Prepare all billing details in coordination with accounting service
