- Provide overall leadership, control and decision-making and take responsibility for the IT Infrastructure (DC, CCT, NWSM, Tools, Etc) & Operations Team in line with business expectations covering all business and enterprise systems and solutions to ensure 24x7 timely service delivery, availability, and supportability to Airtel Nigeria customers and internal business functions to ensure the achievement of the set business goals
