Vacancy For The Position Of Admin Manager

An Environmental NGO in Nigeria is currently seeking to recruit competent, committed, self motivated and matured candidate for the position of Administrative Manager.

Key Responsibilities


To play a key role in the day-to-day running of the Administration Department
Formulation of Administration strategy and delivery of an efficient administration support services
To safeguard all the resources of the organization, both human and otherwise
To review the current status of the administrative functions, doing a SWOT analysis
To initiate and implement policies on HR Management and staff Welfare
To line manage and review staff performance management
To coordinate in staff appraisal exercise and facilitate appropriate training for staff
To prepare minutes for board and other meetings as may be directed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Tracking budget expenses
Quality management and managing processes
Organization Communication process
Ability to promote process improvement
Good communication skills

QUALIFICATION

Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Business Management or related fields with at least 10 years of experience in administration and personnel

Remuneration, terms and conditions: Negotiable
