The Director of Studies would e responsible for maintaining and raising the profile of the College. He/she will establish and maintain a strong corporate culture. The candidate must be ready to lead the College in all areas, duties include, but not limited to; Academic/Curriculum Management, Staff Development and Training.
Skill/Competency Requirements:
• The ideal candidate must have a Master’s degree (preferably in Education or other relevant discipline)
• The candidate must possess a minimum of 5-10 years experience in a similar role in an educational institution
• The candidate must also possess a minimum of 10 years experience teaching IGCSE, WAEC/A-Level curriculum
• He/she must have an exceptional passion for education
• He/she must have strong leadership skills

ADMINSTRATIVE/HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMNT MANAGER
The Administrative Manager will be responsible for Quality Management, Process Improvement, Facilities Management, Staff Recruitment and Training
Skills/Competency Requirements:
• Ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or other related discipline
• Candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a top administrative role (preferably in an educational setting)
• He/she must provide communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options maintaining equipment
• He/she must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
ACADEMICS: SUBJECT TEACHERS (Full time & Part time)
Accounts, Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Economics, English Language/Communication Skills, English Literature, Fine Acts, Geography, History, Information Technology, Law, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology and Sociology.
Skill/Competency Requirements:
• Ideal candidates for the various subjects must possess a B.A., B.Ed., B.Sc./M.Sc. in their various filed
• He/she must be familiar sixth form curriculum
• Candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in A-Level delivery their results to show
• He/she must be able to work with minimal supervision and proficiency in ICT is also required
NON-ACADEMICS:
GUIDANCE COUNSELLOR (FEMALE)
To counsel and guide students on academics, provide moral guidance and ensure students’ emotional wellbeing for a rewarding stay at the college.
Skill/Competency Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Guidance and counseling or other relevant discipline
• Must demonstrate excellent communications skills, be approachable and passionate
• Must be knowledgeable on the Child Protection Act and other legislation related to the protection of the girl child
• Candidate must also demonstrate teaching competence in Sociology/Psychology
MATROL/HOUSE MOTHER
The Matron is in charge of the Boarding House and is responsible for the welfare of the students. She must be a caring and energetic person with genuine interest in working with young adults
Skill/Competency Requirements:
• The ideal candidates must possess a good University degree in any discipline and the ability to supervise and manage students effectively
• Candidates must possess at least a minimum 5 years cognate experience in Pastoral Care and Hostel Management
• She must possess excellent leadership and communication skills
• She must demonstrate passion to nurture and help students thrive in an academic environment
• She must be warm and approachable, but also able to discipline in a firm manner
HEAD CLEANER
The Head Cleaner is responsible for supervising a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness within the school environment.
Skill/Competency Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a supervisory role
• The ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to lead and manage other cleaning staff
• He/she must be able to organize the working roster of a team of cleaning staff
• He/she must undertake cleaning duties and substitute for absent staff where necessary
KITCHEN MANAGER
The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations to include but not limited to; food preparation, inventory, storage recipe development and excellent service delivery.
SKILL/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must possess at least a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role in a large kitchen setting in addition to a Diploma in Catering/Hotel Management
• The ideal candidate must be able to supervise and instruct kitchen personnel in the safe handling and proper preparation of food
• He/she must have good communications and excellent people skills
• He/she must have strong leadership skills
• He/she will give direction and manage the kitchen personnel for results
Cooks
The cook is responsible for meal preparation, serving meals, record keeping and cleaning of all kitchen equipment and accessories
Skill/Competency Requirements:
• Candidate must be able to prepare and serve nutritious and tasty meals whilst maintaining excellent standards of hygiene under supervision
• Possession of a Diploma in Catering will be an added advantage
• He/she must adhere to all public health regulations regarding food storage and preparation
• Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years experience working in a fast paced kitchen
