Our client, a well established firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with head Office in Lagos requires the service of result oriented personnel to fill the following vacant positions:


1. Estate Surveyor (Valuation Dept)

Qualification:

- B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience

- Must be very good in valuation- Must be able to drive and have a valid Drivers license

- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision

- ANIVS is an added advantage

2. Estate Surveyor (Management Dept)

Qualification:

- B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 5 years cognate experience

- Must be very good in Property Management

- Must be able to drive and have a valid Drivers license

- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market

- Must be able to work with minimal supervision

- ANIVS is an added advantage

3. Pupil Estate Surveyor

Qualification:

- B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognateexperience

- Must be able to drive + a valid Drivers License

- Resident in Lagos and have a good knowledge of the real estate market

- Good marketing and communication skills

4. Marketers

Qualification:

- B.Sc. or HND in any of the Social Science with a minimum of 3 yearscognate experience in marketing

- Must be able to drive + Valid Drivers License

- Resident in Lagos and have a good flair for the real estate market

5. Confidential Secretary

Qualification:

- Applicants must be computer literate

- Must be able to take dictation and have at least 4 years experience

- Candidates with a  B.Sc. or HND in Secretarial Studies would be preferred
