Job Description
- Overall responsibility of manpower planning and recruitment
- Oversees recruitment process
- Develops the induction and orientation programmes for the new recruits
- Works out compensation plan and policies
- Conducts researches to study the current compensation trends in the market. Implements laid down procedures
- Project Manage performance management process where necessary
- Develop and Implement employee welfare and disciplinary policies
- Provide quarterly HR reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
