Job Position: Website Designer/Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise other web designers and ensure they design to specification and meet deadlines
Manage and maintain the company’s website and align web presence with company’s brand strategy.
Work with a wide range of media, including photoshop, fireworks or equivalent application(s).
Create websites for clients via wordpress, Magento and other web development platforms

Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation.
Interface with clients to understand the web presence needs and translate this to the design and construction of the websites.
Preparing quotes, proposals, presentations on website design
Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media.

Requirements

People and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under very tight deadlines.
First Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience.
Sound knowledge on several content management (DRUPAL, WORDPRESS, JOOMLA, Adobe dreamweaver, HTML 5)
Strong entrepreneurial skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
Time management abilities.
Problem solving skills.
Self-confidence.
Good communication skills.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
