Job Title: Telemarketer

Requirements

• Must have knowledge in Sales and Marketing principles and strategies
• Must have at least 2 years work experience in sales, marketing or telemarketing.
• Must have excellent communication skills, good customer relationship skills, persuasive, can work to meet challenging targets and deadlines and deliver under pressure, self motivated and competitive.

Job Descriptions

• Making outbound calls to prospective business and gathering information
• Booking appointments for sales teams and making notes of dates for follow up calls
• Exceeding customer expectations through exceptional customer service
• Responsible for handling B2B and being the first point of contact for customers.
• Contact business and private individuals by telephone to book/ schedule appointment for sales rep to meet with prospective customers.
• Obtain contact details of prospective customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists.
• Follow up on prospective leads.
