Job Title: Senior IT Manager
Job description
Reporting to the Head of IT as well as the Plant Director, the Plant IT Manager will be primarily responsible for the Plant's IT infrastructure including servers, desktops, mobile devices, communications systems and other IT related systems.
Should manage a team of four to ten and be able to manage projects, integration and implementation of new initiatives and provide comprehensive operational support for business and system requirements at a plant level.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all current IT systems, PCs, operating systems, databases, mobile devices, software applications, and other IT peripherals.
• Communicate regularly with executive management and all users of information services and systems.
• Manage and develop IT staff, including, training, evaluation, guidance and discipline and oversee provision of IT Support for all staff in plant in a cost effective manner.
• Develop standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.
• Keep current with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
• Ensure optimal and cost effective utilization of IT consumables.
• Should be willing to work in demanding plant locations in Nigeria or abroad as required by the organization.

• Progressive IT experience, including experience in a multi-office environment. Experience working in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong governance, project management, organizational and time management skills and capacity to handle conficts .
• Strong people management skills, excellent problem-solving, analytical and evaluative skills.
• Working experience in organizations where SAP or other major ERP in use is highly desirable.

Job Title: SAP SD Consultant
Job description
- Lead SAP SD initiatives in SAP Customer Center of Excellence (CCOE).
- Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the business functionality.
- Liaise with implementation consultants for design, configuration and testing of SAP SD in new group companies.
- Design, configuration and testing of enhanced functions and improvements in existing group companies where SAP has been implemented.
- Analyze the current business processes and scenarios and recommend/develop solutions to meet the business needs.
- Provide functional specifications and coordinate with technical consultants for customizations, if any.
- Provide periodic reports to management.
- Drive optimum usage of SAP SD in the organization.
- Drive continuous improvements in SAP SD to delight the business users.
- Prepare user guides and conduct user trainings.
- Lead the core team to provide effective & timely support to end users.
- Provide knowledge of industry best practices and incorporate the same in SAP implementations.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 15 years of experience.
- SAP SD Consulting Experience with at least 2 full life cycle projects experience in a consulting organization. SAP SD Consultant Certification is preferred. Experience in SAP CRM preferred.
- Prior experience in Sales & Distribution function is preferred.
- Good knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies.
- Knowledge of integration aspects with other SAP modules.
- Business analysis and process design skills.
- Basic ABAP knowledge is preferred.
- Experience in Process industry esp. Cement, Oil & Gas or Fertilizer industry preferred.

Position: Project Manager
Job description
Our client, the largest industrial conglomerate in Africa, presently valued at 40 billion USD, is now foraying into large Green Field Petroleum refinery in the South of Nigeria, outside Lagos at Ondo State.
This Project is a 9 Billion USD layout, scheduled to be the world’s largest Single Train refinery producing 4,00,000 barrels per day of largely Gasoline.
Our client is looking for Project Managers with project design experience or project execution/construction experience in the following fields:

- The person must be very dynamic and extremely tough.
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any relevant discipline.
- Professional degree/ qualification such as MBA would be a huge add on.
- Working knowledge of Primavera, MS Project and CAD is an advantage.
