Job description:

The Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) is the most senior manager offshore and is responsible for managing the offshore operations on the fields, including the health, safety and welfare of all personnel onboard.

• Oversees daily production/platform operation and maintenance activities.
• Ensures full compliance with all mandatory procedures and regulations that relate to production operations.
• Oversees daily production/platform operation activities.
• Serves as the Incident Commander and manages emergencies.
• Organizes, supervises and delegates the activities of the personnel, so as to ensure that preventative maintenance, housekeeping and repairs are performed in a timely manner.
• Promotes and maintains a safe environment for all personnel, ensures on-going development and training of employees, and that equipment is maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications:

• Recent and current experience as an OIM on a production platform
• Previous experience as an OIM with 10-15 years offshore experience in a supervisory position.
• BOSIET certified.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player.
