Innov8 Ltd a specialist Oil & Gas recruitment firm is recruiting for a highly reputable Indigenous Oil & Gas company seeking to fill the following positions below: 

Job Title: Commercial analyst/Gas Contracts Analyst

Job Location: Lagos

• Develop and manage contracts that are Gas related
• Expected to maintain some market knowledge of Gas related business services and ensure the company is receiving fair value
• Monitor gas sales invoices to gas customers and follow up on sales revenue remittances
• Ensure all commercial terms in the signed gas contracts are adhered to and properly implemented
• Serve as the point of contact for both internal customers as well as the suppliers regarding all contractual issues.
• Assist in the development/review specifications, statements of work, performance terms, and/or acceptance criteria with internal customers.
• Assist in the preparation and solicitation of competitive bids, quotations, and proposals with pertinent specifications, terms, conditions.
• Help evaluate competitive offerings to determine the overall best value.
• Negotiate contractual matters (pricing, terms, etc.) to resolution.
• Understand differences between various types of contracts.
• Ensure contracts are properly executed following the company’s contracting procedure.
• Assist in periodic reviews of contracting procedure.
• Assist in establishing key business process improvements and standardization efforts on Market Intelligence.

Job Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• B.Sc. in Economics, Business Administration or Social Science courses
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Gas Industry, in area of procurement, negotiation, contract management / administration etc.
• Must be highly numerate and familiar with database systems and spreadsheet applications especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access;
• High degree of computer literacy;
• Experience of the oil industry desired but not essential;
