Luxury Hotel in Ikoyi recruiting in several Positions

LUXURY HOTEL VACANCIES

An exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that defines the ultimate Hotel experience at a new international Boutique Hotel shortly.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for people who are warm, engaging excellent communicators, fluent in English and other language in frequent use.

Senior and managerial positions will require with qualifications, from a recognised. Hospitality training institution or equivalent tertiary institutions and cognate experience in similar establishments. A very strong emphasis will be placed on applicants for all positions who display a high aptitude for proving service excellence and be willing eager and able to be trained to our discerning standards.

The following vacancies are open to candidates with the right profile qualifications and experience.

FRONT OFFICE

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER: In addition to other requirements must have at least five years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel: extensive experience in the OPERA suite of Hotel Management systems and other front systems and be able to be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all front office staff.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER: In addition to other requirements must have at least five years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel offering an extensive Food and Beverage service, including buffet, at a carte and fine-dining, banqueting, room service and an elegant Cocktail Bar, Proof of experience in innovative and dinning menu creation, working with our Executive Chef, will be required. Experience in the Micro PoS systems will be required.

The successful incumbent will be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all the Food and Beverage staff.

EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER: should have at least three years experience in a luxury hotel, preferably as a Housekeeper, or Head Housekeeper level. Must be experience in the processes required to operate an in-house laundry and have a high level of administrative skills.

MARKETING
MARKETING MANAGER: Will require at least three years experience and a proven record of success in a similar position in a luxury hotel.

MAINTENANCE

MAINTENANCE MANGER: Will hold an appropriate qualification or certification in engineering skills relevant to the commissioning, ongoing and preventative maintenance of the equipment and services inherent in a modern hotel building.

SECURITY
SECURITY MANAGER: Will have worked in the security industry and have experience in the supervision, planning and implementation of security services in a hospitality environment
