Key Attributes

Advanced Degree, preferably an MBA
Consulting experience in brand or people management garnered from any side of the divide: client or consultancy.
Good knowledge of the workings of business.
Impeccable writing skills.
Strong Strategic skills
Excellent inter-personal skills
Excellent understanding of the workings of the Nigeria media
Experience working with and managing local communities will be an advantage.
