SENIOR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER LAGOS:
THE PERSON

• B.Sc./HND Marketing or Business Admin and Master degree/professional qualification an added advantage
• 5 years relevant experience in FMCG & 2 yrs in similar position of management
• Should possess good leadership communication, interpersonal, coaching, and selling skills
• Should be proactive, honest energetic and passionate
• Should be between 35-40 years of age



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the achievement of global targets
• Formulate sales/marketing strategies aimed at market development
• Select from available action plans and monitor the execution
• Allocate responsibilities and share objectives with associates
• Monitor industry environment/competitors activities ad report to management
• Arrange and ensure regular and sustained calls to key distribution channel members
• Assessing and training associates in identifying and developing viable market opportunities

REGIONAL SALES MANAGERS: LAGOS, ASABA & ABUJA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure the implementation of strategies that would enhance company’s growth in sales
• Achievement of month, quarterly and annual sales target
• Establish sales channel and develop new distributor network
• Preparation of rolling sales forecast for the next three month
• Monitor marketing activities of competitors and report to management
• Marketing activities according to company policy and budget
• Maintaining customer relationship
• Monthly market report
• Coaching and developing of sales skills and competence of associates

THE PERSON

• B.Sc./HND Social/Management Sciences
• 3yrs sales experience on the same position in an FMCG
• Should possess good leadership, communication, interpersonal, coaching, and selling skills
• Should be proactive, honest, energetic and passionate
• Age range 28-33 yrs of age

SALES EXECUTIVES: LAGOS, ASABA, ABUJA, IBADAN
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell company’s product to meet set targets
• Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales target
• To prospect new distributors and develop network for the appointed distributor
• To build and to maintain good relationship with distributors in assigned territory
• To monitor competition very closely to promptly and concisely report competitor’s activities in assigned territory
• To ensure good spread and shelve presence of company’s  products in assigned territory
• To generate field reports

THE PERSON

• B.Sc./HND Social Management Sciences
• 1-2 years experience on the same position in an FCMG
• Good communication, interpersonal and selling skill
• Should be proactive, honest, energetic, and passionate
• 25-28 yrs of age

MACHINE OPERATOR:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain machine performance for proper running of operation
• Optimized production and minimized wastage
• Keep record of material feed into the machine
• Clean and oil the machine prior to use if required
• Operate the levels, gear and monitor the gauges of the machine
• To diagnose minor fault and carry out repairs if necessary
• Feed production materials into the machine to maintain production level.

THE PERSON

• OND Elect/Elect, Mechanical Engr. NABTAB or City & Guild
• 1-2 yrs experience in an FMCG industry
• Good technical & analytical skills
• Should be between the age of 23 and 28 yrs
