A. Procurement Officer (Ref No. PO/001)
Responsibilities:
· Provides advice and guidance on the company on procurement matters
· Negotiates and purchases all required materials for service delivery
Qualifications and Requirements:
· B.Sc./HND in Purchasing & Supply management or any related discipline
· At least minimum of 3 years experience
· Applicants from Oil & Gas, Marine, and Construction Sectors will have an added advantage
· Experience in e-procurement
· Experience in international Procurement
· Shipment and Clearing experience
B. Training Instructors (Ref No. TI/002)
Responsibilities
· Develops, prepares and delivers power point training presentations
· Designs, training programmes, delivers and facilitate training programs
· Assist in Planning and coordinating all the activities of the training academy
· Conducts/supervisors the trainees adequately in a professional manner
Qualification and Experience
· B.Ed. in Applied Science or Engineering courses
· Minimum of 2 years work experience in HSE position in Oil & Gas sector or its equivalent
· Teaching experience in an organised institution will be an added advantage
· Must have good oral & Written communication skills
· Good interpersonal skills
C. Admin. Officer (Female) (Ref No. ADO/003
Responsibilities
· Organising of events and functions
· Assets management and administration
· Maintains files for records keeping
· And other responsibilities given
· General office/administration functions
Qualifications and skills
· B.Sc. in Public administration, Bus. Admin or Secretarial Studies
· Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in well structured organization
· Appreciable knowledge in HR functions
· Sound communication skills, verbal and written
D. Human Resources Officer (Ref No. HRO/004)
Responsibilities
· Prepares weekly and monthly HR report
· Staff appraisal and evaluation of employees
· Interpretation and implementation of HR policies
· Assisting in employee recruitment processes
Qualification and skills
· B.Sc. Human Resources Management Industrial Relations or its equivalent
· HR Generalist with 3 years post NYSC experience in a well structured organisation
· Sound communication skills, verbal and written
E. Client Relationship Executive (Ref No. CRE/005)
Responsibilities
· Sales team support-Billing/Invoicing
· Follow up on sales payment
· Credit control and invoice reconciliation
· Client relationship and conflit resolution
· Manages receivables account deadlines
Qualification and Skills
· B.Sc. Business Administration, Management or its equivalent
· Must have worked in such capacity with minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in a well structured organisation
· Sound communication skills, verbal and written
F. Accountant (Ref No. ACC/006
Responsibilities
· Recording of transactions of daily basis
· Account reconciliation for payables and receivables
· Creates and analyses financial records
· Designs and manages the financial systems
· Advice management on prudent financial management
· Prepares monthly management report
Qualification and Skills
· B.Sc. Accountancy, Banking & Finance
· Must have worked in such capacity with minimum of 5 years experience in a well structured organization
· Professional certification will be an added advantage
· Sound communication skills, verbal and written
· Sound knowledge of Numerical and quantitative analysis
· Must be computer literate
G. Sales Executive (Ref No. SE/007
Responsibilities
· Sales and marketing of service line products
· Maintain a good customer relations for effective client retaintion and management
· Developing and expanding sales leads through client visits/telephone enquiries/email and electronic communication
· Prepares a weekly and monthly sales report
· Achieving revenue targets and marketing objectives
· Business development and planning
· Follow up on sales payment
· Credit control/billing system and invoice reconciliation
Qualification and skills
· B.Sc. Business Administration, marketing or its equivalent
· Must have worked in such capacity with minimum of 5 years experience in a well structured organization
· Professional certification will be added advantage
