QUALIFICATIONS

1.         HOSPITAL CONSULTANTS

Fellowship of the National Postgraduate Medical College or its equivalent plus sub-speciality training in the relevant field

 

2.         DEPUTY DIRECTORS

Prospective candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in the relevant field and should have four years cognate experience as assistant director candidates with equivalent qualifications could apply.

 

3.         NURSE TUTORS

Bachelors degree in Nursing Sciences in addition to a Diploma/Certificate/Degree in Education. Specialist qualifications in Paediatric, preoperative, Ophthalmic and Accident & Emergency Nursing will be of added advantage for those seeking placement in the SPBNS

 

4.         BIOMEDICAL/ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC ENGINEERS/ THERAPY RADIOGRAPHERS

            Bachelors degree in the relevant field. For Therapy Radiographers evidence of specialist training would be required

 

5.         COMPUTER TECHNICIAN

            ND in Computer Engineering

 

6.         STORES OFFICER

            ND in stores and Supply Management and Business Studies

 

7.         PRINCIPAL ENGR./ HEAD, SCHOOL OF BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING

            B.Sc. Biomedical Engineering plus 5 years cognate experience

 

CONDITIONS OF SERVICES

These are as applicable in the Public Service/Federal Teaching Hospitals in Nigeria

SUBMISSION/CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS

Completed application forms accompanied by evidence of payment of application fee and

a two page typed document stating candidates mission plan/vision for his or her desired position should reach the undersigned within 6 weeks from the of this publication. Fees are payable at any branch of Skye Bank (Account No. 1770413127). Candidates should request their three referees to send their recommendations directly to the undersigned. One of the referees must be the immediate boss of the applicant.

 

DATE OF INTERVIEW
