Job Title: Director of HR and Admin Affairs
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Role Description:
Oversees the effective provision of HR and Admin services
 
Knowledge, skills, experience and qualification
 
  • Bachelor degree in HR, Business or Public Administration, masters degree is a plus (preferably an MBA)
  • Broad understanding of all areas of HR, with specialist knowledge in 1 or 2 key areas (such as performance management, compensation & benefits development etc.)
  • Strong track record of past performance in positions of leadership with ability to motivate and generate respect and trust from staff and external stakeholders
  • Minimum to years experience in HR, 3 of which as director of HR and Admin Affairs or equivalent in a reputable organization
  • Previous experience in Nigeria
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, written and oral presentation skills
  • Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Leads, directs, and controls business development opportunities that meet the company strategy and its short and long-term business goals
 
Knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications 
 
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

  • Strong knowledge of the energy and Real Estate sectors in Nigeria

Manages and creates transparency on the company's Finance, Accounting, Procurement and IT functions
 
Knowledge, Skills, experience and qualifications
 
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Chartered/Management Accountant Certification is a plus
  • Solid working of Finance, Accounting and Procurement practices
  • Understanding of accounting standards
  • Strong track record of past performance in positions of leadership with ability to motivate and generate respect and trust from staff and external stakeholders
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Finance, 3 of which as a Director of Finance & Support Functions, or equivalent, in a reputable organisation
