Our client, a foremost Express Delivery/Logistics Company with offers nationwide and a clientele base that cuts across all sectors of the economy, is in search of the right candidates to fill the following job opening:

1.         Head of Operations – HOO 00`

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

• Direct and coordinate operational activities consistent with the organization goals
• Review & implement criteria, application instructions, procedural manuals, policies and standards in line with operations requirements
• Direct country wide supervision of the entire operations team etc.

 

2.         Operations Manager OPM 002

 

• Manage Hub, Ground physical operations nationwide
• Implement criteria, instructions, procedural manuals, policies and standards in line with operations requirements
• Coordinate daily routine pick-ups and maintenance of proper and accurate documentation
• Ensure effective and timely delivery of intra-city and on-forwarding locations consignments nationwide etc.

 

General requirements

 

• First degree or equivalent in related discipline. Possession of a professional qualification and/or master degree will be an added advantage.
• Age: Not above 45 years for the position of Head of Operations & 40 years for operation manager
• Must have & 5 years for operations manager in the Express/Logistics industry
• Possess strong people management skills
