REAL ESTATE FIRM VICTORIA ISLAND, LAGOS STATE IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING

A young real estate firm situated in the Victoria Island suburb of Lagos State is currently recruiting for the following positions due to business expansion:

a.            ENGINEERS (Civil Engineer and Construction Manager)

Candidates must possess a B.Sc. in civil/structural Engineering with a minimum GPA of 2.1 from a reputable tertiary institution with at least 2 -3 years post – NYSC work experience

b.            ARCHITECT

Candidates must possess a B.Sc. in Architecture with a minimum GPA of 2.1 from a reputable tertiary institution with at least 2 years -1 year post – NYSC work experience

c.             BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Candidates must possess a B.Sc. or HND holder and must have 2-3 years minimum work experience in a real estate/property development firm and must be result- oriented

d.            MARKETER/SALES REP

Candidates must possess HND/B.Sc. in any related field with at least 2-3 years cognate experience in real estate marketing

e.            FACILITY MANAGER

Candidate must possess HND/B.Sc. in any related field with 2-3 years experience and skills needed in facility management

f.             ADMIN OFFICER

Candidates must possess a HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or any related field with a minimum GPA of 2.1 from a reputable tertiary institution with not less than 2 years post NYSC work experience
