JOB TITLE (TDM 001): TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT MGR.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         To be responsible for design and technology advancement for new service development, research and innovations

·         Oversee the development of capacity to perform services in strategic areas of company's activities

·         Supervise the training and mentoring of engineers and support staff

·         Write performance standards to fulfill job responsibilities

·         Track industry technology development and standards bodies and make recommendations on roadmaps and companies

·         Continuously audit and advise on resource requirements for projects

·         Analyze market demand for company's service offerings and available resources

·         To perform gap analysis of capacity and current  practice and devise corrective actions

·         Develop engineering and technical service processes for improved performance and innovations

·         Conduct technical efficiency and performance reviews

·         Draft proposals and report clients for project solutions

·         Provide input for manuals, application notes, marketing materials and technical support

·         Check overall quality and technical accuracy of work performance

·         Coordinate organization and work methods of units with other units within the company

·         Leading programs and teams to develop, test modify and create solutions to technical problems

·         Interact and assist all major projects managers to improve overall performance.

·         Continuously improving company procedures and systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS

ü  Must possess a good engineering degree, preferably with Masters along with professional certification

ü  Minimum of 15 years experience in engineering design, and engineering project management

ü  Strong analytical and problem solving skills

ü  Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently

ü  Effective organization  project management and coordination skills

ü  Project engineering experience is a prerequisite
