IT COMPANY REQUIRES THE SERVICE OF SECRETARY/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
A rowing IT Company requires the service of an experienced SECRETARY/OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR who will be expected to carry out the following:
· Perform full secretarial duties
· Oversees the effective running of the office and other departments.
· Ensure that all staff cadre keep to the office ethic
· Relate with clients and interface between client and company's service personnel.
· Manage all staff, from top management level down the cadre.
QUALIFICATION:
· B.Sc. in secretariat Administration or related discipline
· Post Graduate Certificate will be an added advantage
· Professional certificate in secretariat Admin or Office Management
· Age Between 40 years and 50 years
· Status: Must be Married
· Gender: Female
· Work experience: Minimum of 10 years
· Remuneration: Negotiable
