We are seeking to fill the following positions:
A. Senior Legal Officer (Recovery and Litigation) Ref Code: SLO - 1
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
v Oversee the necessary of the bankers portfolio by litigation and enforcement directly and though the Bank's external solicitors.
v Manage and supervise pending legal cases and expedite action on litigation and enforcement
v Prepare and report the litigation status, anticipate problem and recommend solutions
v Drafting vetting/reviewing and perfecting legal documents
v Proving legal interpretations and legal advice to the various departments of the bank and keeping management informed of all local laws, regulations and court decisions which directly or indirectly affects the bank
v Ensuring that the bank's operations are carried out in compliance with the provisions of the law and that the bank' interest is fully protected at all times.
v Preparation and execution of all types of commercial document
v Debt Recovery
v Draft and perfect security documents
v Review all agreements to be entered into by the bank
v Provide active in relevant employment and labour laws
v Advisory on the suitability and adequacy of different types of security
Necessary experience and knowledge
v Degree in law
v At least 5 years as a litigator in a corporate law department and or law practice
v Solid people leadership coaching, mentoring and management skills
v Evidence of sound experience in corporate and commercial law
v Proven experience developing and maintaining internal and external client relationships
v Experience preparing legal documentation and pleadings
v Financial services litigation experience will be an added advantage
v Disciplined approach towards daily operations and documentation
v Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally in English
v Ability to take responsibility and work in own initiative
B Enterprise Infrastructure Administrator (IT) Ref Code EIA
Necessary experience and knowledge
v Degree in information technology or business information technology or comparable qualification
v Cognate IT Certifications will be an added advantage
v At least 4 years of professional experience in an operational IT role as an administrator
v Evidence of sound experience in
v Server administration modem MS Windows server (hardware, operation system, MS Office, network connections), patch management scripting user administration
v MS SQL server administration
v Exchange server administration
v Advanced knowledge of Windows Active Directory Network environment, DNS and DHCP
v Backup and recovery procedures (sqi) database server, operating system
v IT security tools and methods (firewalls, VPN, TCP/IP)
v Problem solving analytical and process oriented
v Ability to take responsibility, work on own initiative, manage a team
v Willingness to travel to bank branches throughout the country for installation and administration if server.
Desired experience and knowledge
v Experience in
v IT operations in services company. Preferred in the field of banking
v IT project work
v Selecting providers and negotiating contracts
v Windows batch scripting and linux server administration
v Knowledge in operating an T24 environment is an added
v Evidence of
v Openness to learning new technologies and methodologies
v Steering providers
v Flexibility and operational readiness

v All services at the head Office and branches must be up and running at all times
v A reliable and secured connection is maintained between Head Office and all branches
v Efficient management of IT request
v All server rooms are well maintained in accordance with IT Operations Manual for Access Banks
v Auto-scheduling of the UPS to support Business activities from 7am to 9pm for Head Office and 7am to 7pm at the branch
v Phone Availability is established at all branches to adequately support the business
v The cameras must be 24/7 surveillance and playback should be guaranteed on demand
v Physical and logical Access controls to the IT environment are put in place
C. Network Administrator, Ref Code SNA
Necessary experience and knowledge
v Degree in information technology or business information technology or comparable qualification
v Cognate Networking Certification (s) will be an added advantage
v At least 3 years of professional experience in an operational IT role as a network administrator
v Evidence of sound experience in
v Network administration (up-to-date Cisco ruler hardware, operation system IOS network connections). Patch management, scripting, access controls lists
v Cyber room deployment
v Configuration of firewall, TCP/ IP, DNS and DNCP
v IT security tools and methods of as VPN and SSH
v Backup and recovery procedures for routers, switches and firewalls
v Problem solving, analytical and process oriented
v Willingness to travel to bank branches throughout the country for installation and administration of server
Desired experience and knowledge
v Experience in
v IT project work
v Selecting providers and negotiating contracts
v Windows batch scripting and Linux server administration
v Evidence of
v Openness to learning new technologies and methodologies

Results expected to achieve
v Anticipate and prevent unplanned downtimes of the systems and infrastructure by proactive actions

D. software Administrator Ref Code SA
Necessary experience and knowledge
v Minimum B.Sc./HND in Computer Service or related discipline
v 2 years Experience in a similar business environment
v Very good with database (MSSQL, Access, Oracle)
v IT all-rounder with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operating system (win,7 win server 2008 & 2012). Office Suit software (MS 2007 and 2010)
v Proficient in troubleshooting issues relating to hardware and software
v Should be familiar with active Directly
v IT certification will be an added advantage (Micro, Oracle)
